Downtown Disney?

Does anyone have any suggestions regarding Wolfgang Puck's (and the difference between Wolfgang Pucks and the 'Dining Room') and House of Blues restaurant? I want to go to either one of those two places for dinner the first nite I am in Disney, but am unsure which one to choose. Also, can I make PS's for those restaurants and should I?

I believe the "dining room" is upstairs and slightly more expensive with a slightly more extravagant menu, but you'll probably need a recommendation where I walked right into the downstairs part of WP. VERY good btw.

House of Blues food is nothing special. If there's a band playing, it may or not be worth it depending on the band.

IMHO. I've never been to HOB. I'd go there before Wolfgangs. I'd go to both before revisiting Planet Hollywood in DTD it was horrible. We had a great meal at Bongos. We'd go back there in a minute.

WP downstairs and Bongo's are our 2 favorite restaurants at DTD...

I definitely agree with not going to Planet Hollywood, the longest wait ever and was so disappointing. I love the House of Blues! We go there every time. The menu isn't huge so check it out before you go to make sure you like what's on there. If so I would go check it out! Never been to Wolfgang's place but I'd still go to HoB!

Hi

We ate at both on our last trip. The food at Wolfgang Puck was much nicer. Why not combine the two. Eat at WP and then stroll over to the outside terrace bar at HOB and have a drink and listen to some music, they have a small live act(singer with guitar) most nights.

My family thought the food at Wolfgang Puck was HORRIBLE. We had the pizza there and it was disgusting. But we are also accustomed to NY pizza so that might be the reason.
