Does anyone know when the tethered hot air balloon experience will be opening?? I read they began constructing it but no mention when it will be finished.

Does anyone know when the tethered hot air balloon experience will be opening?? I read they began constructing it but no mention when it will be finished.

The whole project is a bit up-in-the-air.

I've heard that they are in heated discussions over rising inflation.

One designer has become a basket case over the guest passenger area.

They are attempting to tie down the loose ends and keep the project from getting away from them, and get it all back on the up-and-up.
