Take the bus to Coronado Springs Resort, and get off at Station #1. From there, there is a shuttle bus to BB, which runs until 11 pm. There is an entrance to W-S right next to the BB entrance from the parking lot.

If you feel like some after-dinner exercise, there is also a 1-mile walking path from CSR to W-S. From the bus stop, walk to the main entrance, then follow the walkway out of the check-in parking lot out to and across the street. After leaving the resort, the sidewalk runs adjacent to the road, and should be well-lit by the streetlamps.

Getting back to the resort after golf may be more of a challenge. You'll need to take the shuttle back to CSR, then a bus to an open park or DTD, and finally a bus to your resort. If you're at POFQ that night, you could also take the boat home from DTD, up to 11 pm.

Bear in mind that there is no bus from Epcot to the Dolphin. You might want to consider calling a taxi.

Of course, you know that Fantasia Gardens mini-golf is right across the street from the Dolphin, if that's where you'll be that night.
