Downtown Disney Question

I've got a meeting next Thursday afternoon in Orlando. I was thinking of sneaking in lunch beforehand at Downtown Disney and hitting the WOD store. What time do most of the restaurants and WOD open during the week?

Most restaurants typically open at 11am. Earl of Sandwich is a great restaurant for a quick lunch.

Thanks. I may try to go to Rainforest for an early lunch since I love the food and atmosphere. My meeting is over by the airport at 2pm so I've got time for most of the places there I would like to go.
