Downtown Disney Hotel

My dad is going to attend the Florida Tow Show on April 10 - 13. The conference hotels are The Holiday Inn Orlando - Lake Buena Vista and the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista. Both hotels are both completed booked.

Can anyone recommend another hotel that would be close to The Holiday Inn and Hilton?

Yes I have stayed at the royal plaza and Hilton at downtown disney and would recommend both!! Hilton is great because it's literally across the street from DTD mad royal plaza tower rooms were great too! Hilton has a character breakfast that not everyone knows about, it's a fun way to enjoy some magic without entering the parks!

Wyndham Lake Buena Vista. I just stayed there this past weekend (4th stay).

The Double tree suites is 2 hotels down from the Holiday Inn and is nice, it tends to fill up also.
If your Dad will have a car try the hotels just past the DTD hotels out on Apoka Vineland. I stay at the Fairfield Inn all the time, great hotel. clean, free parking and breakfast and 1 minute from the DTD hotels.
There is also a Sheraton, Hampton Inn, Staybridge suites and many others.
