Downtown Disney Hotel Discount

Through Mousesavers, there is a discount rate at the Royal Plaza Hotel for $112. Is this a good deal? Also, does this hotel have a rental car desk in it, or does anyone know of the nearest agency?

I have stayed there. The remodeled Tower rooms are very nice. I posted a review in the review section above.

I don't recall a rental car agency. There is a National/Alamo at the Buena Vista Palace and a Dollar at the Grosevnor. (Dollar is closer)

I tried to get that Hilton rate... good luck! It's not avaialble for the March dates as of right now.

That is a good rate.
If no car rental, there is one right next door at Doubletree Suites.

I stayed there for a night in Jan actually. That's a pretty good rate for Royal Plaza, we paid more than that! (and we had a special room rate as a friend had 65 rooms reserved there for the weekend!)

Nice enough place, it's NOT what I would call in walking distance to DTD, just so you know...it's perhaps a mile to get to DTD from the hotel? (So plan on getting a car like you mentioned).
