If memory serves me right I think you can buy outfits for your bears of mickey or minnie complete with mouse ears & gloves I am right ???
I would love a mickey bear .

DD Build A Bear is the ONLY place that I HAVE seen it! Everytime we go (4 times in 2007) I have tried to talk my girls into getting them. Nope. Won't budge. They want the foofy dresses and pj's! It's the best build a bear! Two stories high! Woo Hoo!!

this is correct. the anaheim DTD build-a-bear has mickey & minnie outfits that are exclusive to the store. not even the internet store sells them.

there was also an exclusive 50th anniversary tee.

the ears that my stitch wears comes from the outfit

it's also one of 2 (i think) physical locations where you can get a BABW mickey or minnie (the internet site does sell them.. or at least minnie anyway, not sure where mickey went).

it is a large one at anaheim and the line is usually a killer (but they have everything on the 2nd floor, it's basically just a duplicate).

the largest build-a-bear workshop however is on 5th ave in NYC. even has a build-a-dino shop and its own restaurant.

I was just in there this past Monday with my daughter, and they pretty much have every Disney character. I bought Pirate dreads and a pirate outfit there for my son's bear. I saw princesses, Peter Pan, Buzz, Minnie, etc etc. Very fun place!

many of the disney outfits are not exclusive to anaheim however. they're sold in many of the stores as well as online

I've heard that you can even get a name on the back of the Build a Bear mickey ears. Is this true?

that would be relatively new if it's true and i sort of doubt it.

i actually got my ears embroidered at DHS, but the ears are smaller than infant ears which means the CM went through heck trying to get it onto the loop to embroider it.

maybe on the by hand machines? but i also somewhat doubt that. normally if they mess up on ears, they can replace the ears at no charge, but they couldn't offer that for these.

I made a monkey (lol) while we were there last summer and got him the Mickey ears and gloves. I also got him the Mickey Mouse Club t-shirt and then some little jeans! SOOOO CUTE! Maybe I'll make a pirate this summer!
