Downsizing DVC...Not as sad as I thought it would be!

We just listed our largest contract on TSS. We're keeping our "foot in the door" with 50 points. With resale prices way up, we couldn't pass on the chance to get rid of the loan and MF costs. We'll have to make do with a studio every other year for now, but we plan to add on some smaller contracts in the future so we can stay in a one or two bedroom eventually. I am so in love with WDW but its been a very expensive love affair and we're looking forward to doing some more traveling around this great country on the off years.

Now, please tell me how to survive staying in a studio after all these years in the 2-bedroom villa!!!

We only have a 100 point contract. I also love Disney but was only willing to buy what I could afford without financing and was not willing to pay large annual dues that would prohibit our other trips that occur throughout the year. We only do studios and have no problems with them. I have even prepared multiple meals in the studio including several dinners. It is only the two of us and I am not sure how many are in your family, but I am sure that everything will be fine. This year we will have four adults in a studio so we opted for OKW.
