Downloading from Windows Media Player help - file stored on E drive??

I need help copying my purchased songs from Walmart onto my MP3 player. I purchased the songs about 6 months ago and was able to download them to my computer and then sync them to my player. All was fine.

Yesterday, I decided to totally clear out my MP3 player and start with a new music list, but now when I try to sync the songs to my MP3 player the purchased songs will not download. All my songs from my CD's sync fine.

I get an error message. I found that the purchased songs are stored on my E drive which is my portable device, not on C drive. I can't even play them off my computer. Where else can they be?

Can someone help?

Was your E drive your MP3 player? If so, and you totally cleared it out - you have lost them. You may be able to download them again, if the site allows.

Yes, the E drive is my MP3 player! I did clear them off, but I 'thought' I would still have a copy on my computer.

I went to walmart.com where I purchased the music and you are only allowed to download the music for 90 days. I am outside the 90 days!

I will call them and see if I can somehow download them again .

I had this happen too with Walmart downloads. Only my probelm was that somehow the licenses to play the songs somehow got deleted. So even though I have a copy of the songs, I can't play them.

I called walmart and after a lengthy discussion, they are going to send me a link so I can re-download the songs I own.

She said it would take 24-48 hours to get the link. I hope this works.
