pin trading excellent game very fun! I just ordered off Ebay yesterday a huge loot of pins for the kids to trade this trip, hope there will be some keepers in there and some to give w/ our Dismeet gifts too!

ETA: Sorry, Leslie. I got all excited about Bedknobs and Broomsticks that I didn't finish reading your post! I LOVE all your restaurant choices! I've eaten at a few of them, but the others are new to me. I can't wait to hear what you think and to see pictures of the food. (Everyone loves Brown Derby. The one time I ate there, I was less than impressed. Maybe it is time to give it another shot. Hmm. . .maybe I need to take another trip to WDW! )

I love Bedknobs & Broomsticks too, one of my favorites growing up. It makes me want to watch it again.

You should really try Brown Derby again. I have eaten there five times and have had a wonderful meal each and everytime!

Love your restaurant pictures! I notice that you picked a lot of signature restaurants! I guess one reason is that it might be easier with portion sizes for you there? But I think it is a wonderful selection. Last January we really felt that our signature dining experiences were so much more superior to the other restaurants!

I had a lot of good luck eating at the signature resturants this time. I don't think that they loved me since I didn't order entrees but it worked for me.

Oh and I am going at lunch today to buy my Beauty and the Beast DVD. Well, it will be a Christmas present for DD7 - it's her favorite!

I'm excited about the game, I think it will be a lot of fun. I still haven't gotten Beauty & the Beast, I feel guilty since I have the DVD from when it first was released on DVD.

I have been trying to get this posted all week, stupid busy schedule!

First up, the Toy Story Mania Challenge.

Team Rescue Ranger (Me) vs. Team Bazinga (Jen). We have fine tuned the rules.

The winner of the Challenge will be determined by the TOTAL amount of points that they rack up. So this is based on all of the games, not just who wins the individual games. We will be keeping tally in Jen's Trip Journal.

We have also determined the prize.

If I win, Jen will be buying me Disney's Villain Monopoly!

If Jen wins, I will be buying her Haunted Mansion Life!

Aren't they great prizes? I want that Monopoly bad! I also know that Jen may push me out of the TSM car in order to win Haunted Mansion Life.

Let the fun begin!!

We also would like to reveal that we will be eating at Hollywood Brown Derby twice. A lot of you know us well. Yum Yum. I can't wait, I hope the polenta is back on the menu!

While I was busy stuffing envelopes at work this week, I had a thought.

What Disney couple do Marc & I most resemble? I'm not talking looks here, I'm talking personalities.

I posed this question to Jen who was bored attending a conference. It took us awhile but we each came up with Disney couple for each other.

For Jen and Phillip, I picked Aladdin & Jasmine.

No, it's not because Phillip is a street rat! Hehehe.

To me, Aladdin knows what he wants and he goes after it. He has a strong sense of right and wrong. Plus, he's adventerous. Phillip is all of those things....well being as I have never actually met him, I think he's those things.

Jasmine is strong and when she believes something nothing will get in her way. Plus she is fiercely loyal to those that she loves and Jen is all of those things to me.

For Marc & I, Jen picked Bernard and Bianca from The Rescuers.

Jen's reasoning was this. Bernard & Bianca take care of each other, each in their own way. Bernard is sweet and loving. Bianca has a bit of fiesty in her, which I have been known to have and she also guides along Bernard.

I think both of these Disney couples fit Jen & I and our significant others very well.

I love that the two of you have a wager on Toy Story Mania. I could never do that with my BFF. She's much, much more competitive than me. I'd be owing her everything.

I'm going to have to put some thought into what character I am. My first thought is that I'm like Belle though. I always have my head stuck in a book, I'm a bit a oddball, and I'm always wanting something more.

Hey, I just wanted to mention something to you. Even if the polenta is off menu, there's always a possibility you can ask the kitchen if they can make it for you. There's absolutely no harm in trying. My mother would often special order, without issue, and they're more apt to accommodate you at a signature restaurant like the Brown Derby.
