I have all of our ADR's for our upcoming trip. We are on the DDP. Our party consists of me,(30+ and holding), dh 40, dd's 13 & 11 (very picky), 70 yr old grandparents that go and eat where we tell them:rotfl:

Arrive EARLY on November 15.

Nov 15 - CP @ 5:15 for dinner then MVMCP, MK ALL DAY
Nov 16 - WCC 7:00 PM (staying at WL) Epcot until dinner
Nov 17 - CM 8 AM then AK
Nov 18 - PT 50's @ 5:15 MGM all day
Nov 19 - O'hana @ 7:30 (don't know which park we will be at this day)
Nov 20 HOME :sad1:

My problem's are....my dh doesn't know if he wants to use a TS for breakfast.
When I told him how much CM cost for breakfast he decided he didn't want to pay OP either! :) So, I really don't know if I should change our breakfast to dinner at CM that night. Which one is better? AK closes early, right?

Then my next problem is Nov. 19....O'hana? We have never eaten there. My dd's are really picky. I chose O'hana for the experience. We wanted to try something different this trip. CP is the only place we have eaten before...

Okay.........help!

Thanks.

Take this from someone who has never eaten at Chef Mickeys, that said I would move Chef Mickeys to that night if you can (unless AK is an EMN that you want to attend) since AK closes early you could do a 6pm at Chefs with no problem. We always pay cash for TS breakfasts since dinners are better values.

I think Ohanas sounds to be very accomidating if they want chicken strips or something else to eat. Give it a try and if you dont like it you at least tried it for yourself.

i think it depends on how much you all love breakfast food. my family prefers a bagel or something small for breakfast so we don't do places like CM- but i have been there for both breakfast and dinner and it was always good. now that DAK has changed tusker house into a buffet there really isn't a great place for breakfast at the park (unless rainforest still serves breakfast).
but honestly my family loves to do all of DAK and then go back to our hotel to have a big dinner after snacking all day at the park (we usually stay at poly and go to o'hana's or boardwalk and go to espn club or spoodles)- but that cause we rather have the big meal later in the day.

I haven't been to CM's (yet) either, but I would switch to dinner after AK. You're paying for the DDP for 6 adults, so I can understand your dh wanting to get the most value out of it. Plus, I'm not sure I'd be hungry enough for an 8 am CM after having WCC the night before.

As for 'Ohana, I've heard they're very accomodating for picky kids. Mac and cheese and chicken strips (and maybe hot dog? can't remember for sure) are the things I've seen mentioned. If you're worried, you can call the restaurant directly the day before and leave a message requesting kids' food. I think 'Ohana is a great way to end a vacation--fun, relaxing and you might get to see Wishes (either from the restaurant or, if you finish eating early, from the beach at the Poly).

Have a great trip!

does anyone know anything about Fulton's Crab House DTD? I was wondering if you can use your DDP there? I can't seem to find a list of places that accept the DDP. My dh would absolutely love to eat there.

Thanks

I'd try & switch CM for dinner, if you can get it.

If you rely on Disney transportation, you'd have to wake up early, take the boat to CR, eat breakfast and then take the bus from CR to AK... and you would not be able to get to AK early unless you rush through breakfast.

I made a decision!! I am not going to do CM for breakfast. I called and could not get it for dinner. So, instead, we are going to eat at Concourse Steakhouse. I think I have enough fun and excitment with the other ADR's that we can have one normal dinner. It has a menu that makes every one in our party happy.

Thanks.

Sounds great, hope you have a blast !!!

It was our first (free!) meal last year and we all enjoyed it very much. I don't think you'll be disappointed!!

Post a review when you get back, I dont read much about it and actually forgot about it untill now. (In 3 trips we still havent eaten at the Cont. the only time we see the place is on the monorail!) I hope it is good and review it when you get back!
