Doubletree Universal

Hi Guys

Just wondering if it is possible to walk to Universal/IOA from the Doubletree Universal (used to be the Radisson)? If so, is it an easy walk or lots of busy roads?

Walking is possible -- it's a little bit of a hike, about 15 mins. You have to cross one major road that is controlled by a traffic signal but it is definitely doable. We stayed at the Amerisuites just behind the Radisson and walked 1/2 of the time and drove the other 1/2. Have a great trip!

I've stayed in this area 3 times and I've always walked. You have to cross South Kirkman, but it's manageable using the pedestrian lights. Another thing that makes the walk more manageable is taking a short-cut through Universal's large parking lots, once inside you can cheat with the moving walkways.
