Doubletree at Universal

Hi.

We are staying at the Doubletree and was wondering if any of you guys had stayed there and if so whats it like?

Any tips you can give us when staying here?

Things we should do and things we should avoid.

Hi we stayed there in Feb but only for the last night of our holiday. We'd stayed at the Portofino for FOTL at Universal. We booked the Doubletree for our last night. We really liked the hotel though can't comment on swimming pools, restaurants etc. They have some shops on the ground floor and also a pizza hut and other eating places. The bedroom was really nice (newly refurbished) with a good view of Universal. Ten minute walk to Universal although they do have a shuttle, not sure of the frequency.
