Double Tree suites Downtown Disney?

Looking for some thoughts on Double Tree suites in Downtown Disney. We always arrive mid-afternoon on the day before we check into our Disney hotel for a Downtown Disney evening. We have 4 adults and 1 teen, so the suites would be nice. We don't spend a ton of time at the hotel, but still want somewhere nice.

Any input would be appreciated.
