Double Tree Resort Villas-Maingate

I am able to book a 3 bedroom villa at the Double Tree Resort Villas for $95/night with the dates of 5-16 to 5-24.
If anybody has recently stayed at this property, would you kindly give me some insights of your experience there? Would you recommend the property and its amenities for 4 adults?

I also just booked a two bedroom villa for 85.00 a night for 2 adults and 4 kids. This was after much research and mind changing. I also hope I made the right choice.

I got these rates from the dreamunlimited travel that is advertised on the DIS boards web site. They were very helpful.

Enjoy your trip. We cannot wait. It has averaged 5 degrees here in Massachusetts. April cannot come soon enough!!!

Myself ,husband and three children are staying at this resort, we have booked a 2 bed villa and will be there in april. Alltogether a 2week stay plus flights inss for car, personal inss,and car hire was just over £3,000 for our family. I thought this was a bargain as are brocher here in uk says this is a 4* accomadation and looking at there site it looks lovely. What attracted me to it was the acres of land on the complex seem to look a very peacefull place to go back to unwind.

That's great rate! How did you contact them? I poked all over and couldn't find a place to do so. I want to find out if that rate would be available for our trip Feb20-28th, 3 bedrooms.......hin, hint if someones from Dreamunlimited. is reading this... LOL

Also, I have to know and make absolutly sure that they have a game/arcade room.

A couple days ago we went to Doubletree Villas to check it out for a future stay. It was easy to find from 535 and a decent (easy) distance from WDW and I-4. We saw a 2 bedroom villa - it was small but nice. IT is townhouse style. It seemed clean but not brand-new. The playground looked nice and there was a small pool, a mini-mart, and a lounge. I would stay there. Since we haven't yet, I cannot comment on housekeeping (though, it is included with the price).
