Ok- I can't decide so please help.

My 2 DS's are 2 1/2 and 1 1/2. If you were going to DLR would you (or have you) brought a double stroller or two single strollers.

The singles would allow them to each nap separately in the parks if and when they need to and I think maneuvering in and out of busy crowds and small stores would be easier.

However, my DH and I are going to do child swap on the bigger rides so that we can each go, and sticking one person with two strollers to wait with will be hard, especially if the boys get cranky and want to go somewhere.

What would you think would be more convenient? :confused3 :confused3 :confused3

(If only all decisions were like this! LOL! :) )

We used to take a double but buying two Maclaren Triumphs was the best decision for us. We find two strollers is more convenient though we did buy the stroller connectors so they can be pushed by one person in a pinch. The connectors aren't perfect and you definitely need two of the same strollers but it works for us.

Here is what I am talking about: http://www.princelionheart.com/site/t_str_6550.html

We used a double stroller when they were younger. Its alot easier to just keep track of the one stroller. Depending on the crowds it is sometimes hard to push the stroller when it is a double stroller but it worked out great.

We love our Safari TT double jogging stroller. We used it when our DS's were 2 and 4. It was great. Easy to steer and drive. The backrests lay down individually so our boys could sleep if they got tired. It was a little hard to maneuver in stores, but who wants to shop with 2 small boys anyway?? :) Child swap was easy and we could ride something else while we were waiting, if the line was long.

When the kids were 9 mos and just 3 we brought our double. We are going again in June and the little ones are 2 and 4 and I'll be bringing my double once again.

We bring 2 singles and I find it hard to wait with the little ones while Dh goes on a ride with the bigger kids. We normally have to find a place for me to "park" the strollers and wait for them to come off.

For that reason, I would go with a double.

Another vote for double! We've used the Graco Duoglider many times and were always glad to have it.

We took our double stroller and it worked out great. We also have a Disney Visa, so we rented a Disney stroller for free a couple of times. This worked perfectly for us. It was the best of both worlds.

I like this idea!!! :cool1: I never thought about renting a stroller and bringing in the double! That might just work.... Hmm. I'll have to consider that one. It seems like the consensus is to bring the double. I think that that is the way we might go.

Thanks everyone for your expert opinions! Only 10 days to go! Yay! :yay: :yay: :yay:

It sounds like you've already made your decision but I wanted to echo the idea of the double stroller. We've brought our Grace Duoglide on all 4 of our Disneyland trips and I couldn't imagine doing it any differently. I did rent a single one from Disneyland when my DH took the little one back for a nap and my older wanted to stay in the parks and it worked out well.
