Double miles on AMEX please help

If this gets deleted or moved it is fine, I am just desperate for the info and I visit here often. Hoping someone knows!

I know I got the email for the double miles and I deleted it! Now I have a major Disney purchase and BF and I can't find the email. I have both business and reg. cards.

Please it expires Nov. 30!

Anyone have an 800 number to call or an email with code to get double miles on purchases?

How about just calling the number ontha back of your card and explain the situation. Amex has terrific customer service and whoever answers should be able to give you the information you need.

DH works for AMEX and he agreed -- call the number on the card and they can try to help you!

I called and they said it was by invitation only offer.. I explained that I had gotten an email but deleted it, they said I had to have the offer. Urg! I real need this offer. Does your DH have anymore ideas for me, please?

Try again and you will get a different operator. If you still get the same answer ask to speak to "someone with more authority" which is a better phrase than asking for a supervisor. Also, if you have had a card for many years play on the long-term membership.
