Hi, I am going on the Magic this Sept 07 and already considering Sept 08 to Costa Maya.

Sept is my birthday month so I think going once a year to celebrate would be a good thing. Hey being a middle aged woman I should have the right to celebrate for a full week. Although this cruise 08 Costa Maya is few days after my birthday figure still could celebrate, ya think?

So I am not booked but may book while on Magic this Sept. 07 Will let you know once I know <G>

I really have my mind set to go in 08 but i guess i better get thru the one this Sept. hoping also to book onboard will be bettter price wise.

So if ok would like to hang out here now and then. and once I am booked and know certain going in Sept 08 will let all know. Think would be cool for two days at CC.

Cool thanks. I see you live in Casselberry and AP. I live in Orlando/Altamonte Springs and an AP too. I try to visit the parks at least once a month if not more. When I lived 10 min away i went almost every week even if after work for dinner at Epcot.

I am disney fanatic <G> Even decorate my scooter/power chair with plush character key chains, put a seat cover that is really for a car over my scooter/powerchair seat. It has the Mickey and gang on it very cute imo.

Really hope I can book for 2008 while on Magic Sept 07.

Way cool to find this thread makes me even more anxious about booking in 2008.

The waiting is definately the hardest part. I've never had to wait longer than 7 months for a cruise, so it was perfectly normal to start the pre-planning as soon as we booked. And now? Now I make little notes here and there in my journal that I will never remember by planning time, and I have dreams that we are leaving for the port and I haven't started packing.
At over 18 months out, isn't it too early to be having anxiety dreams?

Has everyone seen the "mock ups" of the new Disney ships they are building? You can go on DCL and click on the link, and then open a large size pic. Looks like indoor pools for sure I was asking my DH what the point to an indoor pool would be, he said if you are in Alaska you would be happy to have an indoor pool. That makes sense, but are they both going to Alaska? I can hardly imagine that OKay, not a snow fan, especially about this time of year.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend. DH is sick for the 3rd weekend in a row. His boy's HS basketball team he coaches also lost out of the state tournament last night - so he is bummed. We had one of those very lazy days today - better get something done tomorrow. I just want to be on the Magic!

That is interesting......I am trying to figure out what it in the middle area - looks like a sunken deck with a shuffleboard court or something.....I'm sure there will actually BE something there when they do a more detailed pic, but how weird! I guess we will find out more in the next few years.

I'm also going for a long weekend in December with some friends, no kids. I suspect that after my December WDW trip I'll be here, on this thread, all the time!!

It will be good to get to know everyone a little better before the cruise. I'm also hoping to get some online penpals for DS, so he'll know someone and make a couple of friends by cruise time. Maybe we can set up a 'supervised chat' or something next year, for the kids. DS has AOL and we have MSN messenger too. Anyway, it's too early for that now, but something to keep in mind if anyone's teens/kids are interested down the road.

Now, as for me, I'd LOVE to do Palo brunch. But I'm going as a solo adult, DH refuses to cruise. I'm hoping to find another solo or two or three, or another group of adults who wouldn't mind me tagging along, to do the Palo Brunch with!

Good chance I will going as solo adult. I am going this Sept 07 as a solo adult as well. Hard for my friends to either get time off or other reasons to go with me. So if can't find anyone to go, I go solo <G>

another idea, change or add to you Sept plans to cruise Sept 22, 7 night western caribeean Hey I am solo for that one as for now. So then you could say met marsha brady twice

I was trying to figure that out, too. I said, maybe it is an empty pool, but then there were people walking in it??? Maybe it will be a surfing pool? That would go over big with a bunch of 3 year olds, don't you think?

Dh was promoted last week so we had to prepare for the family to arrive. Oh the joy of it all.

totally understand the financial issue. I am still wanting to go in 08 as well. but will also have to review finances and see if I can get a good price booking onboard this year for next.
