We are renting at least 2 cars from Budget at MCO and dropping them off in Cocoa beach and using their transportation from the rental agent to the ship and vice versa when we get back.. But we have 12 people plus baggage and we are not staying on Disney property..

I still need to call a cab for tomorrow... as long as my flight is still leaving MCO... I've never been in a cab before... Do you tip the driver? I looked around and was quoted $45 up to $75, for 1 way!!

Well... I got "The Call" "Ma'ma" has passed away.. She let go this morning.. Now I hope Fay will let me get Home!!!

You have to come home and I have to head to FL for a funeral if Fay will let me. My uncle passed away suddenly on Saturday night and they live south of Tampa Bay. E/T is on hold until Fay passes.

And why is that I -have- these DVDs, and yet I still end up watching them (edited) on TV???

We used Happy Limo last time they were good plus on Mousesavers.com you can find a discount.

Like to spread the business around so this time we are going to try FL tours which DU recommends also got a discount.

Stacy another suggestion is to get your FL neighbor to drive you to the nearest hotel that Mears services. I think they charge at least $20 one way to the airport plus tips. The hotel might also have a 'share a ride' van to the airport....

and on another note... GRRRRR..... I am soooooo MAD at Spirit airlines right now... I booked our flight for this cruise on August 1st for 9 people.. Well Today the price is $306 cheaper!!!!! Oh and Spirit doesn't give credit back to previous booked flights!!!!

OH THAT SUCKS.. hopefully something will work out to compensate you for the $ in another way... free drinks of the day would be a great compensation LOL

We don't have one either. I think its because we said we would happily be paitent until the cruise now I'm going nuts wondering where my 'home' for a week will be. I know that someone said when they have done the GTY status before they were assigned rooms about 30 days out, so I'm hoping that next week I'll find out our room number.

I think I am losing it I know sometime ago I saw something on the Main Dis boards about FL tours and I thought it gave me a $5 discount of course now I can't find it!!! Maybe, they no longer offer a discount because of the rising gas prices. I booked our transporation with them back in Feb.

We are using a rental car(Alamo), but if we weren't I would be using Sun Ray Transportation they are great and if you look on the Mouse For Less I think you can find a discount coupon.
