AQW--that's hillarious...you have so much to do, have had your cruise reserved for so many days...and it's only 50ish days until you need it done.

You are JUST like me! I remember when I was in the 8th grade, and we had a Texas History Fair (like a science fair), I chose to cross stitch a Texas flag. It was about 8x10 size. And I waited until the NIGHT BEFORE it was due. I was in tears, crying all night long as I cross stitched that stupid flag. I ended up doing the last few lines just straight stitches, no cross stitches, because the SUN was coming up! I won a blue ribbon after all that. As a parent, I can't imagine letting my daughter stay up all night to learn that hard lesson. I am soooooo feeling your pain. At least you're not at the dead-end-last-minute crunch yet

Now log off & get to work. tee he he
NZMUM--would you be willing to PM with me about a trip to NZ? We are in the beginning stages of planning a family trip to NZ in December (a few years down the road) and it's been hard to know where to begin. We've got two kiddos, so if you would be willing to talk with me I would love you forever
All the talk about formal night...I don't think I"ve chimed in. Actually, we're skipping formal night

We're not big on dressing up, & Reese hated the restauraunt rotations (can you believe it?) so we're not doing any seated dinners this trip. Which is fine by me. Less to pack & plan for I guess. I could go either way with dinner rotations....I thought they were novel, but with a young one, who is usually VERY well behaved and patient at restauraunts, the looooong service for dinner was hard. On all of us. I guess, as a family, we don't do long sit down dinners. Jeff still eats like he's in the Army. Takes all of about 5 minutes to inhale dinner. So we'll be doing the various other meal options at dinner times.

Odd man out, we are.
That being said though, on formal night last cruise, we hit the Mickey Pool & it was EMPTY!! Reese had glow sticks we brought from home, & one little boy did come swimming and the two of them had the best time, with the pool all to themselves, in the dark, with their glowsticks.
We're bringing glowsticks again....so you'll find US at the Mickey Pool during formal dinner time

With glowsticks to share...
