I hope you make it through the weekend ok and that MOnday you get some relief.....that's the problem when your teeth hurt or your feet hurt...you just hurt EVERYWHERE. Do you have to work at the Disney Store again this weekend? I went in to our local one last night to purchase some presents. Got my DN some PJ pals for his birthday..but his christmas present is the really cute Mickey Moust Clubhouse keyboard. His mom is going to KILL me but I COULD NOT pass that one up.

I'm hoping I get relieve on Monday...this tooth is killing me!!!! I am on call tomorrow night at the store and I'm working on Saturday night. Just hoping I can make it through the next two days of work. It's a pain when I'm hurting at home but 10 times worse when I'm at work.

That Mickey Mouse Clubhouse keyboard is so cute! There are so many neat things coming in the next couple of weeks for Christmas! I can't wait for them to get put out on stage!

amy, I hope your tooth is feeling better, STeve has an appt tomorrow to get his wisdom teeth looked at

IT WAS AWESOME...I LOVED every minute of it! And Yes i did HangTough...it was the last song they sang, they were amazingly HOT...especially Donnie...man that boy is probably a freak in the ...oh yeah this is a family board.
Joey of course looked Great as did Jordan, Not a big Fan of Danny but his arms :scared1: WOW they were huge and of course Jonathon being the shy one just did his thing by himself and never gets in the spotlight. Lady Gaga opened, we didnt see her, and so did Natasha Bedenfield, she was AWESOME! If they come back we are going for front row:woohoo:

Denise, you are do naughty...that comment about Donnie...:rotfl:

I'm glad they were great! I wish I could have been there but with this toothache, I probably wouldn't have been able to enjoy it fully. Next time though! :thumbsup2

Hello Dis Family! I haven't been able to be on the boards much lately as I have been spending most of my time praying to the Porceline Gods
I have never been more sick in my life. "Morning Sickness" is nothing, I have had "ALL DAY SICKNESS" for the last couple of weeks. This week has been the worst. I can't keep anything down and I have lost 9 lbs since Saturday! Which under different circumstances, would make me very happy :goodvibes I have hunger pains because my stomach is empty, but I feel nauseous because of the hunger pains, therefore NOTHING sounds appetizing! It is a viscious cycle of hell. Anyway, sorry about the rant ;)

I hope everyone is doing well.

Amy: Sorry about the tooth problems,

Denise: I agree, Donny is the hottest NKOTB member :thumbsup2

okay, I see we worked our way to page 2 so I wanted to give a bump to get us back on page 1 where we belong!!! :thumbsup2

Good morning!

I have to tell you that I've been in tears much of this morning. A local CBS morning news anchor, Heather Pick, passed away yesterday at my age, age 38, of breast cancer. I didn't even watch her that often, but you could tell that she had a wonderful spirit. After watching today's 5am-7am newscast (I had recorded to watch later this morning) that was a tribute and celebration of her, I am just in awe of what a wonderful person...wife, mother, friend, and professional...she really was. Not that you would remember, but she's good friends with Jack Hanna, so he would sometimes let her travel with him to NYC for the David Letterman show. So she would sometimes be seen on camera on Dave's show bringing out animals. Anyways, her passing has really hit me.

I never even knew she had breast cancer until 2 years ago when I had a scare. I saw her story in a brochure at my surgical oncologist's office. One would never had known that she had been going through treatments. What an amazing, selfless person! So I'm going to take this opportunity to remind all you women out there to not overlook exams and be a good friend, mom, sister, and daughter and encourage those loved ones to do this too. A self exam is how I discovered I had a lump. I was very forutunate, and I want the same for all of you!!! :grouphug:

Oh honey......hang in there!:sad2: The payoff is so worth it, but you know that!
I was miserable with Brendan...sick as a dog til the very end. In fact on my last day of work before going out on maternity leave I was up in the bathroom puking and someone came in and started a huge rumor around the front ofices that "someone" up there was bulimic and they were trying so hard to figure out who it was by the shoes under the stall, they were so shocked to find out it was just me, still barfing away at 39+ weeks!:lmao:

 But I know you will feel much better soon!

I was very forutunate, and I want the same for all of you!!! :grouphug:

This is a cause that is very close to my heart, as you know my Aunt passed away this past April as a result of Breast Cancer. I echo Kimberly's sentiments loudly! :goodvibes

I hope you all are having a fantastic weekend! Our Dolphins are one game closer to the Youth Football Super Bowl...just one more playoff win and we are there!!!:yay:
Savannah is super excited cause if we reach the Super Bowl (and we are confident we will) the squad gets to ride to the game in a limo!:hyper:

I can't believe you were sick with Brendan until you almost had him! It's funny about your co-workers though...sadly, I could see myself trying to figure out who was sick by the shoes under the stall!

I can imagine that Savannah is excited about a possible ride in a limo! That's a huge deal for kids! I hope they make it! :thumbsup2

Arin, hang in there...

Hey all finally up and recovered from the Marine Corps Ball. We went on Thur and well partied a bit to hard LOL, since we had a room at the hotel where the ball was we knew we only had to walk home so the drinks were flowing... on top of that Friday was my bday, so I would buy a drink for E for it being his Bday (the Marine Corps that is lol) and he would buy one for me for mine. Suffice to say Friday morning was not fun, drinking like your 21 then waking up and remembering OH ya im 31 I feel it now LOL.

Heres a few pics we dont get the profes ones back for a few weeks. (usually we get them back same night digitally... not with this company they used)

E & I

Table saved for those marines that are no longer with us, and gave the ultimate sacrafice.

Not an ebay find but almost as good Erica, $20 at Ross last yr. NOW when I found it last yr all I needed to do was loose 5-10lbs for it to fit comfortable. Well that never happened being we went on the cruise and I only lost what I put on from the cruise.. so the whole night i was having trouble breathing, E kept asking me if I need the oxygen mask LOL (it gathered at the side so it helped camoflauge my figure LOL)
and I dont look drunk at all huh :rotfl2: and notice I still have my cruise tan

Arin hope your feeling better soon, I had all day sickness with both my boys for 6months. it sucked. I up until this am thought we may have brought some magic home with us too. :rolleyes1 But thankfully you were the only one that was dusted with pixi dust LOL.:worship:

Good morning DIS Family -

Arin - I hope you feel better soon.........before you know it, it will be all over.........just like the cruise. I still can't believe that it has been over a month now!

A year of planning and then.........poof.........it is all over!

Amy - Hope your tooth is feeling better!

Kimberly - That is so sad! It is bad enough when older people die, but 38 is WAY too young! It is just not fair!

Jen - Congrats to Savannah! I rally hope they get to ride in the limo.......that would be really cool for them!

If any of you meant to get Christmas cards onboard but ran out of time (like me). Check out Disneyphotopass.com. I scanned and uploaded one of our family pictures from the cruise and used it to make Christmas cards there. I thought they were reasonable for photo cards ($16.95 for the first set of 20, $14.95 for sets after that). Here is ours:

Christmascard-1.jpg

Drea - Nice dress, sounds like you had a good time!

Have a great Sunday everyone!

Crissi

GO DOLPHINS!! Get to that Youth Football Super Bowl!!! When's the deciding game, Jen?

Crissi, those turned out AWESOME!! I agree...that's a very reasonable cost! You'll certainly be brining a smile on faces this Christmas!

Drea, the reserved table of honor is very touching. You and E look awesome!!! Your dress is beautiful on you, too!

Amy, just one more sleep!!!

So is there anyone in the closet who may think they brought back a little souvenir?

Oh, I thought it was hilarious! Even my mom found out about it and she works in a totally different part of the building, and on a different shift at the time!:lmao: I actually htink they were dissapointed when they found out the deal!:rotfl: :confused3

Hey all finally up and recovered from the Marine Corps Ball.

VERY nice pics! The table is so touching, coming from a military brat (My dad was a Sergeant in the Army..MP....during the Vietnam era (did not go overseas) and during the first Gulf War (DID serve overseas).
And NICE DRESS for $20!:thumbsup2 It doesn't look tight at all!!! TFS!!!:)

Wow...love that pic too! You are right that is a very good price and the cards look fantastic. Sounds like something I'm going to have to do...:rolleyes1 (Actually I was just going ot make my own by superimposing Santa Hats on one of our Shutters pics and scanning them but after my last photoshop debacle...maybe not!:lmao: )

GO DOLPHINS!! Get to that Youth Football Super Bowl!!! When's the deciding game, Jen?
We won the first round of the playoffs yesterday. Next Saturday is the second round, and the Saturday after that (11/22) is the Superbowl. Our regular season record was 9-1-1, and the next two teams are a team that beat us in the score but we got the win b/c they forfeited to us due to a league rule violation (they did not play all of their players the minimum amount of plays) and the (likely) opponent in the Superbowl is the team that really did beat us, so far they are undefeated. So it should be an exciting (and challenging) couple of weeks!!!:cool2:

So is there anyone in the closet who may think they brought back a little souvenir?

I'm going to admit I was worried there for a while, but I can happily say, NOT ME! (I would love to have another actually, but that would be against medical advice!:confused3 )

Can anyone else believe it is already almost Thanksgiving?!?!?! Wow. And right after that comes the Holiday Season!?!?!?! I'm already hearing the Christmas commericals on TV!!!:scared: The time leading up to the cruise just took forever and now it is flying. :upsidedow

:thumbsup2 Okay...next?????

I was at Joann Fabrics & Crafts on Tuesday, and the two cashiers, waiting for customers, were singing Christmas tunes. I subconsciously heard the Christmas music from the store's speakers, but I didn't think "This is CHRISTMAS music!". Interrupting her voice of song, I looked at one of the women and asked "It is November 4, right?". We all started laughing!

 Anyone can be at risk, so do what you can to prevent.

Thanks for the well wishes ladies. I am feeling a little bit better the last couple of days. I have actually kept a couple of meals down and am getting some strength back.

Jen: I am REALLY hoping that this doesn't last for the whole pregnancy!

I have my first ultrasound on friday the 14th, so i will know for sure how far along I am.

Drea: You looked great at the ball!

Crissi: That is a really cute Christmas card.

Jen: I am REALLY hoping that this doesn't last for the whole pregnancy!

Aw, I'm sorry...I didn't mean for it to sound that way!:flower3:

I'm sure you will be feeling better soon, sounds like you already are.:goodvibes

Yay!!! You'll have to let us know how far along you are! Since I have no children (yet) and I don't know, will you get a picture of the ultrasound?

Drea, the pictures are great! You look so beautiful in that dress!

Crissi, I love the Christmas cards! That is a nice picture of your family.

Kimberly, I was in AC Moore last week and they were only playing Christmas music. I must admit that I was really excited to hear it!

So, I'm counting down the hours until this darn tooth comes out. 17 hours from now, I'll hopefully be sleeping soundly like that remove this thorn from my mouth! Isnt' that sad that I'm looking forward to surgery to help stop the pain?!

Hope everyone had a good weekend! :)
