I use to be that way about flying also, but a couple of trips to FL and Las Vegas have really helped.

No Michelle hasn't taken her ring in to be sized yet she has been too busy since they got home her dryer died Monday night:laundy: :laundy: , than she had class last night and than Friday and Saturday she has weddings to attend. Maybe, next week.

Maureen

She has been busy! Since I have off on Mondays, I went and took it in then. I feel so weird without it!

So I was looking up the cost of flights to Spain...holy cow! They are expensive! But what an experience that would be to go to Spain and sail across the Atlantic. That would just be amazing...

Ok guys...what was the name of the all inclusive day resort in Cozumel that everyone was talking about? DH HATED the shopping there and since we are planning another cruise I thought I would see if he would prefer to do this instead.

If you go on the Island Marketing website, the all inclusive listed there is actually the Wyndham Resort, not Nachi Coocom. We did the all inclusive at the Wydham on the double dip and it was pretty good. The pools were awesome and the snorkling in the ocean off the beach was very, very good. The food was okay, but the mixed drinks were a little watered down. We enjoyed ourselves. The place was nearly empty. There was one other family from the Magic and then we saw six or seven couples that were staying at the resort. We basically had the place to our selves.

Island marketing also offers the Nachi Coocom as well and the food and drinks are also included in that one. However, unlike the Wydham, you have to pay for the non-motorized sports at Nachi Coocom. At the Wyndham it was all included. We talked to a representative of Island marketing about the pros and cons of each and she ultimately recommended the Wyndham because of the included non-motorized sports and the fact that they have both a resturant and an outside Bar b Que, both of which are included.

Hope this helps.

This helps alot....right now with DS only being 4 motorized sports are not high on our list.....but before we make plans I'll contact Island Marketing and speak with them as well.

Stateroom Host : Shaka Hinds, never saw him unless he was telling me to get out of the room so he could clean.....not friendly, but room was always clean, he never left another set of toiletries.......we only got two sets for 2 people for 7 nights..
Dining Room Assistant Server : Sanjin Lukic.... no personality, never smiled, never remembered our drink orders,... hope he was still in training because he was not good.
Dining Room Server: Jose Torreblanca Vargas: Perfect, good personality, always upbeat, gave good suggestions, made sure the kids were served first, we loved him.
I was in stateroom 2058, midship, right by the elevators... Perfect locatin.

Oh, us too.. We were worried cause all 3 of the kids were seasick a bit the first night.. They have never sailed before this one.. They all said they had a good time and can't wait to go next year

...she was going to stingray city with the most amazing family she had ever met! Michelle...let Eric know I still have some Captain for him....cant seem to finish the bottle?
FatCat we are booked on your cruise...in fact I think I booked it right before you..we were in line together.
So it's bronchitis huh? That would explaint he phlem.... I had it starting in Cayman....still getting over it...wife now has it.

We did Nachi Cocom and it was great!!! We didn't go in the beach much, but we hung out at the pool all day with unlimited Corona's! There were maybe 50 people there, including other Disers: Charlie & his family and Ken & his family. This was one of our favorite days of the cruise, except for the sunburn we all ended up with.;)

This was the best part of the trip for my family and freinds....Arin was right all we did was drink and eat all day long.........What a bargain:laughing:

I saw you often and we even talked about your Blackberry, whats the secret?

Howdy all. We got back Monday. Whatever everyone else has, I have. It was great meeting everyone we met, and I'm glad brunch worked out.

The kids had an okay time in the club. They went to activities they wanted to do, but Alex and Madalyn didn't really go until Thursday, so not much relaxation for me.

Our servers were great: Leslie was our server, Mikey our assistant server (very funny and always doing magic tricks for the kids), and our head server was Zan- who had been our server two years ago. He's the best, and the reason we switched our dining to late seating. He recognized us right off in Topsiders the first day. Our stateroom host was very nice, made us a great giant turtle and when I told him the kids liked it, we had a giant squid that night.

We rebooked on the 9/12/09 but the kids don't know. It's going to be surprise.
I'd love to do the longer Med cruise that goes to Tunisia, but looking at the prices, with six of us, out of the question. I was telling our head server how I'd like to see Disney do an Eastern or Southern Med cruise so we could see places like Alexandria, Tunisia, Istanbul, and he said, "no, too dangerous". I wonder if he knew one of the new itineraries included Tunisia?

We're on that one too! And also planning the EB repo to Barcelona. Seems like everyone we talk to is wanting to do the WB, so I guess it will be a quiet boat ;)
