Hey all, wow thanks for all the replys I have gotten lots of emails, pm's and replys on the board. I LOVE IT!

Eric great idea about the survey. I will start compiling a list of questions, for when the time comes.

Hadley & Erika(and I think a few others) I will definatly be passing the list of who HAS a fish exten. This way if people choose to participate at the last minute they have all the info. Or if you just want to peep out what there extenders look like.

Special Thanks to Kimberly.. she passed on her well done spread sheets. WOW It will really help keep me organized and not have to bug yall with other questions I might have. I thank you for being so organized. You are my idol!

Gramto3, welcome! your joining at a great time Eric said, check out post 6 (also I believe in Kimberly's signature) for info on our Fish Extender/Secret Mickey fun while on board. You can then pass me your info.
NOW- as for going on vacation with your ex-dil... your awesome... I dont think I could spend 7days with my mil let alone if she became my ex LOL.

I am better friends now with my ex MIL then I was when I was married to her son cause he had her brain washed thinking I was the bad one.. It was during the divorce that she saw his true colors.. She said to me.. how did you put up with "that" for so long and I said, well, cause I loved him.. lol

They were all afraid I would hold my son away from them and never once did I say No when they asked to see him or take him on Vacations and stuff.. and for that.. she always thought better of me.. I told her, just because I divorced your son, doesn't mean you have to divorce your Grandson, you still are and always will be his Nanny...

I had just gotten back from 3 hours of grueling rehearsal (too bad we are not cruising RIGHT after Peter Pan closes--I'll look great in a swimsuit after all this dancing ) and only scanned the thread and did not even see your post (I was rushing to get to lanyards!). I truly am on this cruise with my three grandkids, exdaughter-in-law and her son. This is not an April fools joke!

Looking at your previous posts, everyone seems really upbeat and friendly so I thought I would start posting.

Welcome, Welcome and Welcome . Your are right we have a very upbeat and fun group of people here . But given that some of us are very busy and only get to post at very odd hours, it did not surprise me it took a bit for a welcome post to appear. Just so you know we were not ignoring your post. No offense taken however and I am very happy to see that many other have welcomed you before I was able to get back to the thread this morning. I look forward to getting to know you and to cruising with you in 6 months.

I also am so happy to hear that others are feeling better. For those who are still battling the flu I will keep you in my prayers. I am so happy that Winter is almost over and I can begin to complain that it is too hot and wait for fall. Only one and 1/2 more seasons before we cruise. I think spring will be over before it really starts. So I am only counting summer cause I think it is going to be Loong and Hot .

Got to get ready to meet with the boss. Maybe a prayer is in order for me. Lois

Right now my only plans are to take the grandkids to DTD to eat at the Rain Forest Cafe. This will be either the Friday before the cruise or the day of debarkation before our 4pm flight home.

I would love to see DTD at night, but not sure if I am up to the stress of driving in the dark after my last trip.

I was on another cruise w/girlfriends in Oct and we went to DTD after the cruise and had a great time until we went to leave. No matter which direction or highway we took, we couldn't find our hotel. After 2 hrs. of driving around in every direction we could, a hugh stake wedged in our rental car tire, having that repaired along some highway by a very nice gentlemen hired by the FL DOT who happened upon us while waiting for the rental car repair people, we finally made it to our hotel about 1/2 hour before dark. We followed the FL DOT gentlemen there. The kicker????? We were only 2 miles away from the hotel at any given time..... Talk about senior moments!!!!

We had tickets to Dolly Parton's place for the last show and took a taxi
instead of driving. Definitely a moment to remember.

New Orleans was this past weekend... I had started setting Jen's permissions and got sidetracked (see sig for new cruise) + some conference calls...

Ok, so I know you guys are going to laugh at me, but I found a way to reuse the DDD website after we sail... with a double dip in 2009! It's mom's (GammaRee's) fault, with a bit of help from my TA, Greg. With the wedding this past weekend giving me a chance to mention it, I am spreading the interest in a Grand Gathering on the boat. *crossing my fingers* Sooooo.... who wants to come with us? Ya know, if you book early, it costs less...

Yes I saw Idina and Kristen do it 5 times....I've seen most of the other "big" Elphabas EXCEPT I never saw Anna Gasteyer....but I've seen Shoshana Bean, Eden Espinosa, Stephanie J. Block, etc.

I just adore the show! If Jason and I ever decide to have a little girl I'm totally naming her Elphaba!

OMG! 5 times with Idina!!!!! I'm so jealous! I did see Shoshana Bean and she did a wonderful job as Elphaba.

I'm so excited to meet a fellow Wicked fan on the cruise!

Is there a theme for this cruise???

Last year my whole group (9) along with others did the Disney Post Card shirts and Dresses that were on the Disney shopping site for less than $10 each.

I looked but I do not see them on the site anymore.

Thoughts? Ideas?
