Hi all here is an updated list of participants signed up for the F/E or S/M fun!

If you don’t see your name below, then I don’t have you on the OFFICIAL list. Please shoot me an email (anewmac@gmail.com) Include your

• Dis Name
• Which gift giving category you will be participating in, F/E, S/M, Both?
• Names and ages of those in your cabin
• Cabin number, if you have it. If not we can get that at a later date.
• Dinning Seating, main or late?
• Celebrating anything on board?

The following Dis'ers were on Kimberly's original list and have not gotten back to me weither they will be participating. Please let me know either way, I would hate to leave someone out, or if someone has dropped from the cruise that you know of please let me know so that I can ensure Im passing along the correct stats. ***I have decieded on a cut off date had a few responses and the concenses is.....

F/E Cut off date will be July 14th, I figure the 11th finale payment is due for everyone so that will allow any that end up dropping or adding by then (Plus I will be out of town that weekend LOL). Which will give everyone aprox 10weeks to do some shopping, ordering making etc!

S/M Cut off date will be June 30th, so That I can get surveys passed out/returned.

Jen & Ron, I'm so glad you have your little princess home!

Drea, thanks for the updated list. I'll update the website with the official list of participants when I can...which I guess means when I am at work unless I figure out what's up with my laptop!! If you also just want to keep updating the post above, I would be more than happy to paste a link in Post #6 so it's easy to find here as well as on the website. Just let me know if you would like that.

Ugggg - Well, not only did I have to spend the money to buy a new computer today, but now are AC is not working!!!! It was in the 90's today and we couldn't figure out why it was 83 degrees in our house. It's going to be a long hot night tonight! Thank goodness we have a friend from church who fixes AC's coming tomorrow. It's always scary to have AC work done by someone you don't know.

I hope everyone has a nice "COOL" evening and a lovely Monday!

Oh no, Tiffany. That's not good news about the AC (obviously). Phil will take good care of you. He worked on our system earlier in the year for the heeating side of things & really did us right. Its all so ironic though since we were all just discussing AC fixes & the like yesterday during Angel Food. Hope its an easy & inexpensive fix!

Jen, glad to hear Sarah is home!

Today my DBF and I helped at an antique car show...it was a lovely day and the weather was PERFECT! My aunt was in charge of volunteers, so I was glad we were able to help her out. We were SOOOO tired (and I was a bit sunburned) when we got home that we both took a nap! Now we're watching the Next Food Network Star! It's interesting so far!

I think I may have missed this somewhere, but is there a spending limit on the Secret Mickeys? I'm trying to figure it out to see if money will allow us to participate.

Kimberly: I have Vista Home and I am also unable to look at the forum section of the Dis DD website. I use this computer for home and work, so it looks like I will no longer be able to use the other site

Drea: Thanks for the FE update. I definately think that we need to have a cut off date for people to sign up. I think that the end of July sounds reasonable.

Hi everyone,

Eventually managed to get online and sign-in for this cruise thread. Work always seems to be hectic for me so I can’t promise to post much but will definitely try and pop in from time to time to say ‘Hi’ and see what’s happening.

This will be our 12th Disney Cruise and first time on after coming out of dry-dock and first Double Dip. Really looking forward to both experiences!
Will be staying at BWV before the cruise and BCV after the cruise for some park fun. Thinking of maybe trying MNSSHP.

We set a DCL record last year with 3 back-to-back cruises, 35 nights on the Magic. Celebrated our daughter’s 21 on 11-night Med cruise, followed by 10 night Med cruise to celebrate her Graduation from College and then our 25th Anniversary and vow renewal on the Transatlantic. Except for her graduation we celebrated on board on the actual days.
Both DH and DD have celebrated their birthday’s on the Disney Magic. My birthday always fell when DD was back at school or college. So with her graduating last year I had hoped to celebrate my birthday for the first time on the Disney Magic this year – but alas the ship will be in dry dock – so we did the next best thing and booked for the cruise after dry dock!

We are originally from South Africa, lived in the UK for 10 years before moving to MA, USA in 2004!

The three of us look forward to sailing with you.

Is this your first Disney Cruise or first cruise ever?
You can't imagine how 'Magical' it was. There are no adjectives to truly convey the experience we had. We tried to extend for another 7-nights which would have made it 42-nights. DCL where amazing - they managed to find a stateroom for us ..... But DD's boyfriend was flying in from the UK the Wednesday after the Transatlantic and we couldn't get hold of him to ask him to come through earlier and join us on the ship. She eventually managed to get him on the cell phone while we were sitting at Orlando airport. Needless to say we weren't too happy to get off the ship and have the Magic come to an end.

Thanks for sharing your DCL record story! What an incredibly wonderful experience that must have been! I can't imagine what the withdrawal must have been like to get back on land and in reality after all that pampering! Sounds like you've had some fascinating life experiences between that and moves between countries!

Drea, I was putting your info in our website, and in doing so, brought up couple of questions in my mind regarding your list.

• Are the stats on on the age breakdown only for the FE participants and do not include Secret Mickey? (Just trying to narrow this down so those who need to buy for FE's have an accurate count.)
• I don't want to assume, so are the children stats for age 11 and over up to and including age 17?
• I see a total of 39 names on the list yet statistically a total of 38 cabins participating in the FE.
  Two questions from that: 1) Are the list of participants only FE cabins and then there are an additional 13 for Secret Mickey's (thus those doing Secret Mickey are not on the list of DISer names)?
  2) Are there two DISer names who are in the same cabin, thus the 39/38 appears to be off but it's really not? *

Sorry to sound so difficult and probably giving confusing questions, but as a FE participant myself, these numbers are a huge help to me, so I want to make sure I understand them correctly.

Again, thank you SOOOOO much for organizing this. I KNOW it's time consuming, but you're helping us out in so many ways!


*Update: Oooh! I think I see why it's off. Dahly is no longer cruising with us, so she can go off the list. You probably have her statistically off your list, but just need to pull her off the name list. Is that the reason??

Hello Everyone,
I have been soooooo busy with Peter Pan I was not on at all most of the week. The show closed yesterday (sold out or nearly so audiences all this past weekend), but I am still busy as my in laws are here until Thursday and I want to spend as much time as possible with them since we weren't able to spend much time with them while we did the show. Also, I want to be sure to see a bit of Marika before she leaves at that time for amonth in COlorado with her grandparents I will catch up on posting (and hte emails I owe you--Sandi, Erik and Chris) starting Thursday!
In hte meantime, I would like to quickly welcome the new posters and also say to Jen that I am thrilled Sarah is home now
