Double bag check?

Now that we have to go through bag check before we get on the monorail at the Contemporary resort do we go through bag check again when we arrive at the MK? Would it be easier to walk?

I'm pretty sure the back check at the park is on the other side of the station and you wouldn't go through both.

You won't go through twice going to MK. Monorail will bypass the lines. If you walk, there is a checkpoint along the walkway.

(You WILL run through it twice going from the Contemporary to Epcot - once to get on the monorail resort loop, and then once when you get to the Epcot gates).

Although not related to security, I do think it’s usually easier to walk from CR to MK if able vs monorail. With the monorail, you have to wait to board, then make stops at TTC, Poly, GF, then MK. It’ll usually be quicker to walk.

When we are at CR, we only take the monorail to MK if we have time to kill and just want to ride the monorail... which we do sometimes because we enjoy it. We would also take it when DA was younger but not in a stroller just to save some stamina. But we mostly walk - usually easier.

Because you were already checked at epcot and when you arrive at mk you are already inside the security bubble . So technically you were checked once

Do you think the "Houglass Lake","CBR Jamaica" and "CBR Aruba/DRR" Skyliner Stations will have Security Checks?
