Dose anyone else notice that half of the DIS sites are down?

I was going to wdwinfo.com and safari told me that it couldn't connect to the servers. So I checked the other sites like Dreams Unlimited Travel and The rest of the boards and it seems parts of the boards are down like the smilie faces. Dose anyone else notice that or is it just my computer?
