In fact, I have been inspired by your daily goal assessment and have decided to set my April goals up in much the same manner. Thank you for showing me the way to make it happen!:smooth:

Beth - all I can say is "oh my!! :eek: "!! What a great story!! Can't say that my mom bought me any books like that! ;)

Sharon - if I have inspired you in any way, that's only the payback for you inspiring me! I just got back from walking the puppy. We "power-walked" up a long steep hill and I was thinking of you and your *evil* stepper! :p What a workout for the glutes!!

2. Water - still need to drink 12 oz, and I'll be doing that just as soon as I finish this entry!
3. Food - I'm stuck at 31g for the day. Still haven't eaten anything else. :rolleyes:

I went straight from work to the grocery store. After an hour and a half and a hefty bill, I came home and put everything away. I was too tired to cook at that point and told everyone to fend for themselves. I took a 10 minute power nap, read a little and walked the puppy.

I'll go try to find something that looks appetizing in the kitchen only because I know I have to eat something but honestly, I'm really just not hungry.

I'm off to get my 12 oz of water and my bedtime snack. :sunny:

D=Mexican chicken ala Amanda & 2 Dove dark chocolates
calories = 1189 f=66g 51% c=47-10=37 13% p=105g 36%
4. Exercise - Pilates deluxe already done and I brought my walking shoes to walk in the Capitol at lunch - it's supposed to rain all day so no outdoor walk :(

I am feeling very on the ball today! :sunny: I've got everything planned out and now I just have to follow my good habits.

Wow! I'm impressed princess: Doe! I like how you have everything laid out in regards to calories, fat, carbs, and protein. Very cool!

You did awesome in the month of March - be sure to reward yourself for it!

It's a new month and I use that wonderful little bear clippie to count the days in the month that I've met all 4 goals - time to change him back to 1......

Yesterday was a walk in the park for me! I had a plan and found it easy to stick with. In fact, it was such a good plan, I'm going to reuse it today! :p I literally copied it from yesterday's journal entry and I'm going to eat exactly the same things and do the same exercise!

I need to make my Chicken ala Amanda - maybe I'll pick some up at the grocery store. It really is a great and quick meal. I am so glad that you found yesterday to be a breeze. We have a couple more days before the dreaded D-zone. And with the weather getting warmer and sunnier everyday I know that we will both be walking in the :sunny: !

I'm on the same plan again today. I just got lazy with the aerobic exercise yesterday - can't make that a habit!!

2. Water - will drink 5 mugs, have my filled mug with me.
3. Food - almost the same - don't know about lunch though?

We're off to my parents' house - DH is installing a new front door and I'm helping. I'm taking my breakfast and snack stuff and my water mug along to help me stay on track. Lunch? Who knows but I'll do my best. Hopefully we'll be home for dinner and I can make my yummy chicken again! :)

HI Doe! I made the Chicken Ala Amanda last night for the first time in awhile. I forgot how darn good that is! I'll be making it a lot now I bet. Good for you for taking snacks and stuff to your Mom's. I need to learn to do that better. Sounds like you had a great day!
