
I'm at work and feeling a little tired but a lot sunny!
DD couldn't sleep last night - we MUST work on this because it's hurting my sleep too!

I finally got to bed around 1:30 AM. Needless to say, I did NOT get up early to do my Pilates this morning. I've been missing it - I really love the stretching and the ab work and I feel better the whole day. However, I must get to bed by 9:30 or I just need the sleep more than I need the exercise. I can't burn the candle at both ends.
Today:
1. Meds & vitamins - gotta take 'em.
2. Water - gotta drink at least 60 oz.
3. Food - gotta eat no more than 60g carbs, but I have no plan in place and no emergency snacks with me.
4. Exercise - gotta do Pilates deluxe or walk a mile.
I'm behind the 8 ball already but when has that ever stopped me?

Today is back to business and on plan!

I'll be rolling my bear's number tonight!
It was fun to get dressed this morning! Even though no one can see what I'm wearing underneath, I FEEL better about how I look. Guess that trip to Victoria's Secret was worth it, even if DH said he can't tell a difference.

Don't men know there are times when they are supposed to SAY what we want to hear? I mean, I'm not all that excited when he gets a new gadget at Home Depot but I ooohhh and ahhhh over it because I know HE likes it. Maybe he really IS from Mars!

Oh well, he has other endearing traits - guess I'll cut him a break.
Here I go, boldly embarking on a Monday adventure! Lots of work at the office, but I can handle it.....I think.

I'll just take baby steps and all will be fine. It doesn't have to be perfect, it just has to be good enough.
