I did it!! I had a cheat free day yesterday!!! FINALLY!!!

I didn't tally up the carb count but I made good choices and passed up oh-so-many junky foods!!! I spent a day RIDING on the healthy living wagon instead of waving as it went by me!
We scheduled DS' driving test - he has 2 weeks to master parallel parking. Thanks for the great idea, Laurie!!
I think I'll try for another cheat free day today! I've worn a pair of pants that are a bit snug to remind me of why I should watch what goes in my mouth.
Water so far today - 48 oz.
7:45 AM - apple w/ PB, meds & vitamin
12:45 PM - 1/2 lb sirloin burger w/ mayo
3:30 PM - pineapple yogurt (I'm guessing 20 carbs)
7 PM - 2 oz roast beef, 1 string cheese
9:30 PM - 1 C lc ice cream, handful of peanuts, handful of chips
- What is it about late nights?? I was tired & feeling sorry for myself - there was really no need to eat this stuff.
