Door magnet question

So we are going on the fantasy in a few weeks. This is my 2 year olds first cruise so I wanna make it special. I want to print off magnets from our computer using an inkjet and magnetic paper. Question: which magnetic paper is the best? Which paper cuts the best? And do you need to laminate the magnet after its made?
I already had the image custom made by absolut_mandy and they are awesome!!!

I just bought the only choice they had at Office Depot, they came in 8.5x11 fully magnetic pages and printed out GREAT on my inkjet. I trimmed the couple I had that were not full page size and I will not be laminating them. If you were just going to just going to glue/stick on magnets to a piece of paper, then I would definitely print it on cardstock and laminate it before putting the magnets on.
