This is my first post, and I'm having trouble getting it on.

I noticed a photo of a door with decorations and a dry-erase board.....Do you bring your own decorations, does everyone do it, do you bring your on dry-erase board or is it already there.

Also, do you need your passport to get back on the boat in port, or can you use a driver's license (or leave the passport on board).

If my countdown strip doesn't show up, will someone please tell me how to do it. I have the strip and marker (lily pads and a frog), but I don't see how to paste it here.

Door Decorations are just for fun! No, not everyone does it (and from what I read here, more folks seem to do it on the Magic than on the Wonder).

It's great fun to make them while you're counting down the days (weeks...months...) to your cruise! and it is great fun to see everyone's wonderful signs on the ship! On my Magic cruises, I would take different routes to get places, just to see everyone's signs!

Don't feel overwhelmed; some of these are really fancy and creative! Anything you choose to do (or not) is entirely up to you! It's not a contest!

The doors are magnetic; the signs you see have magnetic backs (for example, magnetic tape). There are no dry erase boards; you bring your own.

I've not brought a passport on my last two cruises (Eastern and Western) and license was fine. If you are sailing in December, you should be fine!

I had never heard of door decorations until after my Disney cruise. There were none on our cruise on the Magic. You would have to bring what you want to put up, but they now aren't allowing paper on the doors, because it is a fire hazard.
