Dooney & Bourke...Was I the only one that didn't know?

I had no idea that any of thes was even possible at all, so thank you for the information! On that note, I have two Disney D&B's. One large satchel that has lasted about 7 years so far and 1 small tote that is pushing 10. They are both still in excellent shape with daily use, so hopefully, I won't have to worry about them for a while!
 
I didn't know about the credit thing, but I did know they will repair, if possible. I have one of the 60th purses and the zipper stopped working. I sent it off and even though it was past the warranty (and I had never registered it - it was my first and I had no idea I was supposed to register it), they replaced the zipper and shipped it back to me no charge. :cool1:
Can I ask what you said in your letter to them? I have a 60th purse that has a failed zipper that I would like repaired, too. Free would be great!
 
I have two Disney D&B purses and a D&B wallet. The quality is great & I can't imagine what you'd have to do to one to make it fall apart. Maybe buy a purse of the right size, so you don't have to constantly overfill it?

Maybe that isn't what happened, but I've had many purses over the years, including cheap ones, and I've never had the bottom fall out of any of them.

It was definitely not over filled. The zipper just failed after about a year of very little use. I have several Dooney’s with no issues. It appears there was probably a bad bunch of zippers for the 60th bags because I’ve found many people having the same issue.

I had originally called them to see what I needed to do to get it fixed and they just said to send it in with a note saying what needed to be fixed. I don't remember if they told me what it could cost to fix, as it's been about 3 years, but in the end, they didn't charge.
