Dooney & Bourke Purse - Missing Strap Keeper - FIXED

My D&B crossbody came missing a strap keeper - which makes the strap pointing up look silly. We contacted D&B and they said "We have reviewed your request along with the photos provided. It appears to be an issue we can address. You will need to send the item in for further inspection." Seriously, for a missing 1" keeper lol? Not as impressed with their Customer Service as expected for the price. Anyone know where to get a black keeper with white stitching? Thanks!
