I just wanted to share that I got my bag today!! I'm soooooo excited! I've been calling everyone to tell them! It's just perfect!! I love it!

I can't wait to start using it!!

I don't think I can wait until the end of February to see the new pattern! That's way to long! Oh well! I guess I'll just enjoy mine until I see the new ones! (As soon as I learn how, I'll post some pics)

Thanks! ANd your bracelet sounds adorable! The key chain is from Helzberg Diamonds (mall chain store). They are the only ones that sell the key chain. I have a Pandora bracelet, but wanted to carry the Disney ones everyday so I found the key chain. There are some chains on e-bay, but they are so cheap that I was afraid they would turn my hands or purse black.

Hi ladies - keep watching Ebay. I have seen some bags go for reasonable prices and are the ones pictured. You just have to sort through all the postings and keep an eye out. If I see any, I will post the item number here so you can find it easier.

LOVE the Camilia beads! I have Pandora, but now I will be rushing out to get the Helzberg key chain and will look for some chamila beads too!

I managed to get my Wonder barrel for a good price on ebay, so there are a few reasonably priced ones. It arrived at te weekend and I am so pleased wth it, I will post pics.

I love Pandora too, I have lots of charms. I was addicted to them until I found this thread, now Disney Dooneys are my latest addiction.

I hope we don't have to wait until Feb to see the new style.

As I went to Uptown Jewelers on Sunday (Jan. 31st) and she said that the new pattern should be out by the end of the month, I highly doubted that she meant the end of January so I figured she was indicating the end of February...but who knows...Disney and Dooney may surprise us by having the new pattern out in a week or two!

I way prefer the black Mickey to the sketch bags. The sketch (Wonder) ones are cute, but just a little too cute for me. I think it would look better on a teen or young adult. And I agree about the zipper. Makes the bag if you ask me!

I love the Sketch bags because they're just so full of Disney magic from the parks (and my DBF got me the medium tote ) but the black Wonder ones just really grew on me (after all, we all know it all started with a mouse!). I'm more likely to carry around a black bag because white can get dirty so much more easily. I love the rainbow zipper and the bag itself...I had forgotten to mention in my original post yesterday that my DBF was the one who organized the items in my bag when I switched bags in the car...he's super organized and enjoys making my life easier so he did it for me ...and I think he was excited I bought a new bag

Just told DW about this, as there's a thread on the DCL board about the bags being in the ship's stores. I can see the gears turning in her head already, as we cruise this fall.

Here’s a fun Disney Dooney story.

Last night, DH and I were sitting in our Literature class, waiting for it to start, when the guy next to me leans over and asks me if I got my bag at Disney World. I replied that I had, and that it was the only place you could buy them, aside from Ebay. He agrees, and tells me his wife bought one at DTD in October.

So cool – this is the first time I have heard about anyone else in my city owning one of these bags! I have had several people comment on how cute it is, and one other person actually knew all about it, but until now, I haven’t heard about anyone else actually owning one around here.

So, we continue to converse about our love for Disney (he said they go 3-4 times a year – I am so jealous!), and it turns out they are DVC members at Beach Club, which I am in the process of buying into. He also said something about how they just bought 50 more BCV points the other day or something… (I’m so jealous again!)

I asked him if his wife is on the DISboards but he didn’t know if she was or not. I’m willing to bet she is! So if you are here, DW of college student at CSS in northern MN, it was nice to meet your Disney loving DH!

I have one co-worker who is a Disney-lover and she saw the Disney Dooneys on her last trip in December. But other than that, all I hear are "Cute Bag!" remarks.

Love the poll! I have an original medium tote and am anxiously awaiting the new pattern. I really hope these purses are out before March!

Funny thing ... I've NEVER been a bag lady, but my Disney Dooney purse has really changed that. I'm going for only Disney Dooneys, though. Dh was aghast at how I want another bag until I reminded him that it could be much, much worse! At least I'm selective in my bag addiction. Thank goodness the patterns are limited!

Sitting in VA under 16 inches of snow - can't get to the parks, but I can view eBay, and there's still nothing new on there. Maybe today will be release day - didn't a pp say that shipment came in on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday?
