Just joined because of this thread!

My sister just came back for WDW and was told that the first print was discontinued due to licensing problems. The yellow Dooney & Bourke banner had to be removed because Disney won't license another brand as part of Disney pattern...that said there were a lot of the first patterns there and I just received a wristlet through mail order that is the first pattern also.

so is the white sketch print being discontinued? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO that's the one i want!

OK.....so.....I got my large white sketch tote yesterday and it is too big for me. So I am thinking that I am going to sell it. I am going to go with a medium.....don't get me wrong this tote is perfect and the placement is excellent I am just used to carrying a smaller bag. I would be happy to get what I paid for it.....since it has not be used and still has the tags on it! Anyone interested??? PM me.....

No the white sketch is still around its the original white sketch that is being DC'd. The one without the Minnie is no longer going to be made that one had Dooney and Bourke in more places on the bag. The new one wiht Minnie just has the leather tag that says DB and the hang tag that has DB. I heard something about that in Dec when I went looking for the white bag. It was before the Minnie one came out. I was told they were not sure but they heard sonething was up with the first bag.

That really does not make any sense, especially since the White Sketch patterns have both a Walt Disney World & Disneyland banner!!!

Maybe they are just branding it like the gifts you bring home that say Disney Resort and have both WDW and DL on them. Either that or they will bring the bags to DL after like a year or so to test out which ones sell the best?

Lately this has been one of my favorite threads, but I do venture out once in awhile to my other subscribed threads. I just had to laugh when I was pulled up the GF FAQ today....
Someone has written a review of their recent GF stay and posted various pics from around the resort. Lots of beautiful pics, but my fave is the one of Summer Lace and the Disney Dooney display!!!

Well.... I had planned on ONLY getting the Wristlet. I just bought a new Coach at the beginning of December.

So, I got to DS - bought my wristlet, but tried on the large black tote. I told myself "No - you don't need it!"

After Fantasmic was over, we headed to DTD. And I lost all control. I bought the large tote. I just looked so *good* with it. I lasted a few hours without buying it. I should get credit for that, right?

AND - side note for everyone. If you have an AP - you get a 20% discount. I got mine for $187 - Total!

PS - I bought it at Tren-D. But then I got to WoD - and the pattern they had on one of the bags was cooler. So.... I exchanged it. They must hate us all. When I was picking mine out at Tren-D, there was another girl doing the same thing - with the white ones. Making the girl take them allllll down, to pick the pattern she wanted. Ha!

NICE! You do look good with it! id even go so far as to say GREAT! I know, we are probably annoying all the CM's at those stores trying to pick out the best placement possible! but they gotta understand we are paying alot of money for these!

Im off to WDW next weekend and was wondering if there are any new styles of the white bags.

I aleady have the white Medium FIRST edition tote and wristlet, but I was wanting to know if there is like a barrel bag, or satchel-style one out yet. Im not loving the black/Mickey icon D&B's yet...lol (I wish COACH woulda done this with WDW!!..I love my COACH'S)

So I'm still a little confused. How exactly is the "new" edition of the white sketch going to look? Less proof that it's a Dooney? haha.
