I think I've decided to be happy with what I got - DH ordered through the mail order service as a XMas gift.

I'm thinking I'm lucky to have one at all considering the expense (definitely the most expensive set of purses I've ever owned) and the fact that the original sketch print (which I like better) may be getting harder to find on property as they release more styles.

If I find them down there in March, I could always buy one, then sell mine used on eBay ...

My problem is in my head - every time I see a placement I like, I'm thinking "but there's probably a better placement out there somewhere ..." . A little OCD ...

I would bet that 1st generation (no minnie) won't be availble in March. From the reports on this thread, it sounds like the park has some new and old versions, but I bet that going forward once all old or 1st generation sells out they won't be there anymore. Just a guess.

My wristlet arrived this morning! I must admit it probably doesn't have the best placement but I do like it. It has a Tink on the front and a partial Mickey and castle. I did notice the DB on the design.

Is the DB the patch? or a part of the the sketch pattern?

It is part of the sketch pattern. It is in a star on the flap, there is a pink DB. I don't have any balloons on mine or Dumbo.

Back on page 105 someone posted the price of the 2 wristlets
$45.00 for first one and
$49.00 for 2nd one so if shipping is $9.95
If you paid 54.95 its the 1st one or $58.95 the 2nd one
My daughter ordered one about a week and a half ago she should receive it on Weds
She expects it to be the first one since she paid $54.95

That is what the cost of mine totalled as well. I like the one I got, but I do wish I would have gotten the version 2 because I like the pocket on the back.

She wanted the first one to match the purse we got her for Christmas.
She loves the placement on her purse wants me to post a picture but must get my post count up first.

The BLACK design is the $49 one.

There are 2 possible versions of the white wristlet at $45 - 1st design did not have minnie, and no slot on the back. The 2nd version does have minnie and also has a slot on the back.
I am curious about which version, with minnie or not - that I will get.

As far as I can tell there are only two versions right now.

Version 1 has no Minnie and the Yellow Dooney & Bourke banners.

Version 2 has Minnie and the tan Dooney & Bourke badge on the front of the bag. Version 2 so far has been seen in Wristlet, Medium tote and Large tote forms.

White Sketch Pattern

Version 1 (Original Pattern)

Wristlet: $45.00
Tassel Tote: $150.00
Medium Tote: $175.00

Version 2 (with Minnie)

Wristlet: $49.00
Tassel Tote: ??
Medium Tote: $190.00

Haven't seen the Tassel Tote in Version 2 yet.

Trying to catch up on the posts....read that it's rumored DLR will get a blue one....might not be too bad looking but the white/cream one is so cute...the black no so much. Hope they have them when I go!

Flip up your 2 inside pockets (the ones with the sketch print on them) and share what is underneath!

Mine has: Fantasy in Aqua and Hearts in White

Not real sure why it isn't the Disney Sketch print, but no one sees this anyway!

I will be there 1/23-1/30 and plan on hunting them down if they are at the resort. So far, we have not heard a word about them being there...
