When I saw the post about the purses being in DL I thought they were having an event with cosmetic bags! I was going to start looking up flights!

I am no longer going to posting here due to the fact that I believe someone from Disboards posted anonymously on my blog about a donation tab for my illness. They don't know my medical situation or financial situation and how i pay for things and I don't appreciate the attack. I know it came from someone here because I was able to trace the URL and it led back to here. Does anyone know how I can have my account closed on here?

And yes even thought we are having trouble with finances I did get a new purse this week. My dh worked it out with mother in law and she paid. I never though I would have to defend myself for something like this. In case anyone is curious the trip that I have in my countdown is a trip being paid for by my parents, they take us every year and they paid for our trip back in December.

im so sorry that you've gone through that terrible situation. unfortunately there are areas of these boards that people avoid at all costs, and im sorry you had to witness the terrible things people do first hand.

Thanks, I just felt this thread was a safe one and it isn't. Someone who doesn't even know me or my situation attacked me when a simple message or something would have been fine. I could have explained how I paid for the purse, how I went to WDW in December, and How we aer going this summer. It is all my parents. We are currently selling anything we can to make money. We even sold one of our cars to pay for my treatment so this person has no idea what they are talking about.

I am so sorry that you feel you cannot post here anymore, i understand why you are wanting to quit. I cannot believe some people, that was very rude of them and uncalled for... i read your blogs...i actually learned a lot from them... my oldest daughter is only a year younger then you are and i cannot imagine her having to have to go through what you are going through...i also have 4 daughters...with all of your health problems why shouldn't you be able to enjoy a vacation too...it is no one else's business what you do, what trips you have planned no matter who is paying for it, it is none of their business...i don't think you should have had to explain how you are going to disney or how you are getting your purse...it makes me mad that some people have nothing better to do that they feel they have to say something like that to you. I hope you continue to stay , it is fun hearing about these bags through everyone...

I think her problem was that I had a donation button on my blog if people wanted to donate to us. It was mostly for family and church members. Oh well. I think her problem was that I had a donation button on my blog if people wanted to donate to us. It was mostly for family and church members. Oh well. We are going to WDW in a few days, but I don't think we are going to DTD. I have read about the ships that sell them at MK and DHS, but I can't find the names now. Can someone refresh my memory and tell me where these stores are (ie are they by an attraction, Main Street, etc)

You shouldn't have to explain anything, as other posters have said, it's absolutely no one else's business how you pay for things. I am so sorry you are going through this and hope you don't leave the boards either.

Don't leave! I have been anonymously attacked on 2 different forums (not here though). I was very upset both times, but I didn't let it push me out and I got over it pretty quickly. Don't let one person ruin your enjoyment of this thread and the whole Dis site - it's really not worth it.

Hi, I am new to these boards and love them already. I feel bad that you have to defend yourself. You are lucky to have family that helps you though. I don't know your situation but I see that you have 4 daughters and they deserve happiness also-so I think by your parents taking all of you they are giving you a gift that will last a lifetime(the memories) for you and your daughters. It is probably someone who is jealous?

As for you getting a purse-you deserve happiness also! It is not like you got a Luois Vuitton(not sure if I spelled that right-it is early for me). I hope you can stay.

My family gives us atittudes when we go to Disney because we go a lot and love to go. We budget and it is really none of their business. We live sort of close so it is not that bad of a drive-maybe 6 hours at the most, depending on the kids and rest stops

I'm so sorry to hear this I really hope that you will reconsider and not leave the boards. Most members are really kind and helpful but there are a handful who seem to think that it is ok to be ugly with others since no one knows who they are. Chances are it might not even be someone who has posted on this thread but just lurks around the boards. Internet forums are great places to meet great people but there are a few who take pleasure in being mean and ugly. Please try not to let it ruin your time here. Is there a way you can delete the comment from your blog?

How HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I have never read your blogs or even know where they are at but I have seen people attacked on these boards as well as feelings hurt. I don't understand it and never will. I hope you know that it appears most of us have a good heart and enjoy the comraderie that these boards bring.....I hope you can still find enjoyment at least by reading through our posts should you choose not to post yourself.
