Oh, sorry, I should have been more specific. I was wondering about the new bags. Whether the new ones are only at TrenD right now or also at WOD since my husband will only be going to DTD. Also, I just noticed something else different between the original sketch print and the 2nd edition. The original not only had the yellow D&B banner but also near the castle, has an orange star with a hot pink DB in it. In the 2nd edition the star is still there but the DB is gone.

OH but the obvious question - are they going to be selling the cosmetic bags at the stores??? (I can't imagine they would only make 150 of them - so they have to be for sale too??)
If so - how much?

One would hope! Maybe $38 or $40 since they tend t mark them up for Disney?

I really hope so!!! I would love to get a cosmetic bag in either print....heck, I'd probably end up with both!!!

Does anyone have a regular Dooney letter carrier bag that they can take a pic with it on your body? I am just wondering if these will fit comfortably someone that is not necessarily "pooh-sized" but not a petite person that it looks like it was on in the pics posted in the gallery.

I'd be interested in seeing this too...I'm leaning towards getting the tan/brown cross body and wristlet when I go in 2 weeks! I'd like to know whether the cross body fits comfortably, well, across the body.

I love the hobo and the wallet, but NOT the prices

Just back from the event tonight. I didn't get there until about 5:20 and had the bags by 6:00 so not too bad of a wait. I decided to buy the blue pouchette and the brown wristlet. My mom bought the letter carrier and a brown wristlet. We used our AP discount for 20% off. We had to pay together so we had enough for the free gift.

It was very organized and the CMs were very helpful. They showed you the bags before you went inside so you had a pretty good idea of what you wanted. Once inside another CM asked which bags you wanted and grabbed them for you (might have bothered some people that are big on placement, but for me it wasn't a big deal)
After paying we got a wristband and our receipt stamped in order to get the gift. The man that came up with the bags was there by the gift table and I got him to sign the inside of my tote.

Some people at the event were a little ridiculous. They waited in line and came out with huge bags, just to get back in line to buy even more. It was clear those were the ebay sellers! I think they limited how many you could buy at one time but that didn't stop people from coming right back in.

I am very happy with my new bags...and very happy I was able to get a cosmetic bag (I was worried because I got there so late they would be gone!) I hope everyone gets the bags they want

How lucky to have been there! I just got back from the movies and the first I did was come to disboards Quick question.. where the wristlets available in the sketch print and the black wonder?

They looked like they had a large stock of all of the black and white print bags. One entire side of Tren-D was stocked with all of the different versions of the bags. They also had the dressing stocked with the bags.

They had the cosmetic bag in the white and the black print. I chose the black, the white had tan leather around the corners and I didn't really like that. I did not ask about any more patterns, I was so focused on getting the bags and the free gift that I wanted

I would go for the black cosmetic bag too. That way I would not worry about yellowing. I am making sure to store my Sketch bag and wristlets out of the sun...not have it in the sun in my car, etc.

I bought two of the Sketch wristlets so I could have one with Minnie on it.

Yes they are. I wanted Minnie so much and I had already bought the version 1 tote that I figured it would make me happy just buying a wristlet with her on it....and it did!

That is my thinking on the Navy purse too...pouchette should do.

I just purchased two of the same print today! I got the new brown print in the full size bag and the cross body bag.
Sorry not sure how to justfy it to your DH, wish I could help!!
I was very surprised my DH was open to me getting both bags, went with the intention of only getting the big bag! But used the 20% AP discount to sell him on the second bag!

i did this with harveys disney bags. i have a small baguette and large satchel of the same print.
