Just back from WDW ... got my first Disney Dooney! I got the Sketch letter carrier from TrenD. It is cut great - M&M right on the front nearly centered!

Unfortunately, I already got a smudge on the leather. Any tips on cleaning? I'm brokenhearted - had it for less than a week and it's already dirty!

I know it has to do with their new baby line but it doesn't specify that it's only good on baby items. I read the fine print on both and couldn't find the specifics. It's worth a shot using this on your purchase.

I purchased my Sketch Tassel in February of this year. I noticed this morning that the trim around the handle is coming off.

I have not contacted Dooney, yet. I was wondering if this would even be covered and if I should send it back.
Placement is not a huge issue for me, although I am much more aware of placement now that I was when I purchased the purse.

I am a huge designer purse fan...and I know that it unacceptable.
Contact Dooney and just give them your purse ID number. Since your purchase is less than a year old they will replace it as manufacture defect.

The same thing happened to mine and I just took it as something that happens to that type of thing. I know of several people who had the same problem on that bag. I just let it go and peeled the rest off. I knew even if I had it replaced that the same thing would happen on a new one.

I am still 35 days out but was wondering if anyone had seen any of the D & B ipad cases. I am very interested in the black charm pattern. I had figured the store on the first floor of the Grand Floridian would be a good place to look. Any other suggestions?
