Yes, I picked it up there. I didn't realise you could get them anywhere else actually?

Didn't get the building in a good position at the front, but it is on the back. I did have a choice as there were 3 or 4 of this bag in stock, but I decided on this one as all of the others cut into the characters in some way which made me sad

I'd gone in thinking I'd get the brown leather one, but on seeing it the design was almost too subtle...

My memory is very hazy - there were the same amount of bags in each colour, a few in stock of most styles but there was one style where there was only one of each colour on display. Saying that, it wouldn't surprise me if they had more in the back, as each stand appeared to be full. I think there were about 4 or 5 different styles of purse/bag. Sorry, I should've taken a picture of the stand!

Thanks for all the great information! You are right, I think the only place to buy the Aulani bags are at Aulani but of course there are some on ebay (very expensive). I agree with you on placement and characters. Don't like to see them cut off at all! Thank you again, it's good to hear the latest on availability, seems like they were sold out a lot in the past.

Yes they do. I don't have pictures, but if you search Disney Dooney on eBay I'm sure there are a few.

I discovered that the early buttons letter carriers that had the $158 price tags on them also had a leather strap for the key keeper. The current ones now have a canvas strap. And the hook on the keeper is now a rhodium color and not goldtone to match the rest of the hardware on the bag. Just an observation.

Yesterday I snagged a new without tags Disneyland 55th bucket bag from a local seller (on craigslist) for just $115 including delivery! Great placement, too, in my opinion. I took the hang tag off since it blocked some of my favorite graphics (the original Disneyland sign and the castle).

Been at the World for nine days. Headed home today. Picked up the WDW retro iPad case at TrendD the other day. That print is on ds.com now, in case anyone hasn't already heard. But I am glad I got to pick mine out in person. I had $74 in rewards plus I got the 10% Disney Visa discount so I only had to pay $12 and change!

Annual pass works (10% regular, 20% premium), Disney Visa works (I think that's 10% also), and I believe DVC members now get 10% across the board (think this is a new perk they just added, don't know for how long). Take your pick. I have never been able to "stack" the discounts, it's always been one or the other. Maybe someone else can chime in on that.

Since you're going in January check your quick service/counter service receipts. Sometimes (usually slower times of year? January is a slower time of year I think) the food receipts have a merchandise discount on the back as long as you shop before 12 noon. I've never used one so maybe someone will have more details..
