Dooney & Bourke Disney collaboration ~ part 4

Hi everyone!

I'm mostly a lurker, but last summer I posted some questions about a wristlet I was thinking about. I got a lot of help and even got a warning about Disney Dooneys and how they're addictive. :lmao:

I got a white sketch wristlet for our trip in September and while we were there I decided that I had to have another bag. Yes, the addiction had started! :) I didn't find any that were the right size for me, they were either too big or too small.

When we got home I did find the Lucy bag on DS.com and I bought it over Thanksgiving at 20% off. I also bought a black Mickey balloon wristlet. I love them both! I have gotten many compliments on the Lucy bag.

I thought I was done with the bags since we won't be at Disney until December and I don't care for the comic bags. I've looked at the Erica bags before and initially didn't like them, but whenever I search the site I keep coming back to them, so I guess the bag is growing on me.

Then I got the additional 30% off email and decided I HAD to have the blue Erica bag. The problem was, the deal I made with DH is that any bags I get outside of birthday, Christmas, etc. I have to earn the money for. I sold a bunch of things on Ebay over the holidays, but that money was intended for updating our half bath. But now, getting an Erica bag for under $100 seemed more important! So what if the bathroom faucet and TP holder are way outdated and showing their wear? So what if the towel ring won't stay on the wall, my kids can just shake their hands dry, can't they? None of that matters as long as I get my Disney Dooney, right? :rotfl:

So I ordered the blue Erica bag, with my husband laughing at me the whole time. And now I'm back to digging through our house to find more things to sell on Ebay to update the bathroom!

You were warned!! These disney dooneys are indeed an addiction. Totally agree the Erica bag couldn't wait to be purchased. Who cares what the bathroom looks likes.. if it ain't broke don't fix it!!:rotfl2:

Like the title says, this is totally OT, but you're such a friendly group so I thought I'd ask here. Has anyone used any of the online photo printing services? Snapfish and Shutterfly are two that come to my mind. I've been unhappy with the photos I've had printed at my local Walgreens. I've also had some done through Kodak and was unhappy with those as well. Looking for some other options. And I really apologize if I've asked this before here.

I have used Shutterfly many many times, always been happy. I won't make comments on Snapfish, personal bad experience. I also use Coscto alot, if you have a membership there.

We always do our holiday cards with Costco because they are great quality and have Disney designs. I just used Shutterfly for the first time to make a photo book for my DH and I was REALLY happy with. Check out their FB book, people share coupon codes there. I got a great one for my book and was able to share a prints one.

I used shutterfly for my photos and made a photobook and I loved the way they came out. They have lots of great deals also so it is very affordable.

Thanks to those who responded about the photo printing. I think I'll give shutterfly a try. I assume those of you who use them have them do it and have the prints sent to you. Versus having them printed at say a Target. I guess I'm hoping their equipment is better than the places that do it in an hour. I could be totally off base of course. At any rate, it looks like I'll get 50 free prints just for starting off so I won't be out much if I'm not happy. (I will not return you to your normally scheduled programming!)

 I am so excited!! I finally got a tracking number on my Crossbody's today.:woohoo:

That IS exciting! I've been obsessively checking to see if my pink Erica bag is on its way, but it hasn't shipped yet. I'm too impatient. :cutie: When are your bags coming?

I just ordered the blue comic wristlet from DS.com. I needed to spend enough money to get the free shipping discount on the two t-shirts I ordered! :lmao:

That sounds like something I would do and then my husband would say, "I can't afford the money you are saving me!":scared1::lmao:
