I haven't seen the new WDW bags in person yet, but I've logged a fair amount of time shopping the DL55 bags.

IMO the smaller the bag, the more important placement becomes. I've seen letter carriers, wristlets, and wallets I didn't like AT ALL, just because of placement issues. But unless there's a specific image you have to have, or one that you really want centered, you're fairly safe buying the larger bags (like the Kristin) online.

Picking out your own bag in person can be fun though.

I completely agree about the placement being harder in the smaller bags I, too, have seen placements that do not appeal to me at all I do think that there are so many images on the 40th anniversary pattern that in the smaller sizes like wristlets and wallets (fingers and toes crossed ) it will not be as easy to get what you like But I am so up for the challenge

Is it typical for new styles to be difficult to find when they're first released in the parks? I'm hoping by summer that they'll be more abundant! Any chance my hopes and dreams will be shot down?? I'm a bit picky about placement, and would rather find my perfect bag in person.

I would LOVE it if someone/when they get their Kristen or bucket would mind posting pictures wearing it?? I'm having a hard time deciding between the two and it would be so helpful to see how it looks "on" someone!

I am undecided between the messenger and the bucket style. Would also like to see the pic of someone with the bucket style.

to be completely honest. i hated that bag. i sold it on ebay a few months back. it is TOO BIG and very uncomfortable on the shoulder ... the style i am happiest with is the messenger. i bought one in the 55th pattern and have a member here picking upt he new 40th pattern for me on her next trip

Seems like the purse "sits" right at the underarms. Not sure it is comfortable to carry.

it is NOT AT ALL comfortable to carry on the shoulder. and its awkward to just hold in the crook of ur arm
