Hahahaha... I am glad to hear I'm not the only one who thought that! Lol!

My sister just came over and I showed her my new bag. I pointed to hat and she said, oh, a blue heart!! lol!!! It def does look like a heart!

I received my medium sketch tote the other day. I was almost nervous to unwrap it! As I mentioned before, I spent a week in the parks, and never felt I found the perfect placement. I am still confused as to why some of them in the parks had the shiny finish, but the one I received is the matte finish.

I really love it! My priorities were Tink and the castle. If the label was a smidge higher on the front, and if the Minnie was a smidge lower I think it would be perfect.

Slow week on the boards where is everyone?? I saw someone in Maine fathers day weekend with the black ballon scatchel I really liked the style and so did my daughter but she already has the mickey barrel bag and thought they were to much alike for her. That is the only person I have seen with one.

How many months has it been since the minnie bow bags came out? Is it too soon to expect a new pattern, assuming there will be more? I'm surprised the minnie bow bags are not on ds.com yet. There are currently NO bags in the 40th print on the website. What if this is the end of the Disney Dooneys?

We start saving alot of money I have read that the 40th anniversary bags are just sold out, but some have reported that the CM's are saying more will come out later in the year. I would think they mean by Oct. for the actual celebration. I was told by Disney that the Minnie Bow purse was a Trendy and Vault 28 exclusive. I wonder if that is why they are not online?

I did receive a wristlet this weekend - ended up buying from an ebay seller that mentioned they had several in their listing. I didn't see a single one on my trip, but they must be out there since they pop up for sale:

Oh I hope not....I am so glad that I got my 40th messenger while I was down in May, I almost waited until F&W to get one but so glad I did not...

I really love the purse.

The Minnie Bows bags were in the stores at DTD in May, so they came out prior to that.

I have seen the sketch in person here in DC at Union Station and I saw the Dream at Sams, but the Sketch is just so cool...

When I asked the girl about it oh back in April, she said she did not know anything about it or who made it, she just got it as a present, I was so shocked.... But I guess everyone is not in the know...

Back on topic, no I don't really need an excuse, but I feel like I should carry this one awhile and been seen using it by my DH before I buy another one.

I have not even used my wristlet, yet! I need to get that out and use it,.

I just bought myself another Princess wristlet off of ebay. The placement on the back is perfect, a full "Disney Princess" and Belle, and the front has another Belle, so I'm very happy.

Thanks! I've been watching closely the past couple of weeks for one with my perfect placement, so when I saw it this morning, I immediately bought it. Now I can start looking for my perfect sketch wristlet

Does anyone know if the clearance sale on disneystore.com that ends Thurs. includes the Dooneys that are on sale? They are saying on their homepage that it is the final days of the clearance sale and it ends on Thurs. I am just not sure if that includes the few Dooneys that are marked down.

OMG, I cannot believe, as a Donald Duck fan, that I have never even NOTICED his hat!! LOL! I guess I was too focused on Tink and the Castle!

I am a little bit disappointed to hear the shiny sketches are showing up more in the parks, I think they are going to hold up better. The one I bought (and returned) while I was there last month was shiny.

I'm a BIG Donald fan too - that's why I HAD to get it 'cause I LOVE when he gets all flustered! My hubby does a GREAT Donald impression, & he usually talks like Donald when I'm REALLY mad at him ('cause who can be mad at Donald Duck) so it works like a charm when he wants me to forgive him .
Keep an eye out for me - & my bag -in Boston Corinne. I work in Post Office Square & I'm usually bopping around the city every other weekend 'cause most of my friends still live there.

According to April who posted on the Dooney Facebook page, she just got back from Disney World and on her last day she saw all the 40th anniversary style bags at Uptown Jewelers in Magic Kingdom So there is hope there will be some when I go in 29 days
