wow, that was fast! so, you got the black satchel and they sent a white cosmetic? hmmm i thought someone on here mentioned that a cm said there were different colors. honestly, when i pull up my order, it says sketch cosmetic. who knows. it will be interesting to see if they are all white balloon cosmetic bags. anyway, congrats on your new dooney. enjoy it!

Yeah I was the one who had talked to the CM who said they had many different colors of the cosmetic, but seems like maybe they don't have the black balloon cosmetic bag (or they didn't have any more available). You should be good if your order says sketch cosmetic bag (although you never know what color sketch). I just know mine said balloon cosmetic bag and the picture online showed the white balloon which is why i had called to see if it came in black. Oh well, still very nice for $15 since the price tag inside of it said $35.

Does anyone know how to use more than one on-line price adjustment gift card on the same sale?? I can only see a place for one and then you have to place the order Looks like I will be making another call to Disney

So good thing I called customer service cause it looks like they forgot to process the 2nd part of my price adjustment (hence me only receiving the one $15 credit). Unfortunately it sounds like I won't get the $30 credit for another 1-2 days Oh well for ordering something during the Cyber Monday sale...

Same here! My email orders say Balloon and the order status on the website says sketch. I hope it is balloon. I would prefer the black to go with my new satchel, but will take white =)

Is anyone else surprised that they are not sold out of any of the Dooney's? I can't believe I ordered at 2:20am afriad that they would sell out

I just spent almost one hour on the phone but at least they would take all three on-line gift cards for the same order At first, she didn't apply the cyber Monday code and charged me shipping and told me I could only use on discount at a time I asked her what the first discount was and she tried to tell me it was the Dooney promo code I told her I could apply both on-line and she put me on hold for a while and then came back to tell me she would over ride it and ended up doing all three gift cards plus the cyber Monday 25% off and free shipping So I just got my second Dooney and Bourke Disney bag, the Colette My first one, the Mickey Wonder Tote , is due to be delivered tomorrow and I can't wait I did get the Mickey Balloon Cosmetic bag too So my advice if you want to use more than one on-line gift card, call and good luck (make sure you know your figures first Merry Christmas to me

Yeah, i just looked at my order online and it does show sketch cosmetic there. But on my email confirmation and on my actual packing slip shows the balloon cosmetic bag. Weird.

My cart page said "balloon" cosmetic bag and that is what the picture looked like (the white balloon) but my e-mail order said "sketch" I got the black Wonder Tote and would love the black cosmetic bag for that one and I also just ordered the Colette and would love the white balloon one I checked the item numbers and they are all the same as the item number showing up for the white balloon picture on my cart page I really want the balloon ones
FYI ~ a black wonder cosmetic bag on eBay is now up to $29 with almost 4 days left and a white sketch one is up to $34.33, again with almost 4 days left

so, the white sketch cosmetic that you saw on ebay, is that from this promotion? i do remember there was a promo in the parks that i read about where there was a very limited sketch cosmetic bag. this was months ago , and i thought those were limited to 150 of them . is this a different one? so confusing! anyone?????

ok, just looked on ebay. the 2 i saw were a wonder and a sketch, and both were apparently in park limited editions, so these new ones must be different. guess it will be a surprise!

Thanks for the info about the cosmetic bags on eBay! I guess we will see about the cosmetic bags once others start receiving theirs. I checked my order confirmations and they all show the same item number even though the online version says sketch. Clearly that doesn't tell us anything, lol.

Well, I finally sent an email to ask for a price adjustment. At first I was just going to let it go (when it was only 20% on Friday), but looked again with the 25% off code and decided the difference was worth asking for. I hope I do get it, plus the disney Visa discount I used. Does anyone know if they were adjusting for both the codes?

Also, I wanted to ask about the sketch wristlets turning yellow. I bought on last March when I was at WDW because I wanted one to match the Cindy tote my DD got me for Christmas. I noticed a month or two ago that it was starting to turn yellow. My tote isn't, but the wristlet is. I'm going to the world again in January for a quick trip and was wondering if they would exchange it for a different one?

anyone know if world of Disney has the bags? I have a 20 percent coupon for there, mousegear, emporium etc.. Emporium doesn't have them, but the clothiers in mk does, but I'm not sure I could take it to the emporium to pay since they are connected. Mousegear didn't have many to choose from.
