Don't frett yet! This is straight from the disney store website: "DisneyStore.com merchandise pricing is subject to change at any time. Sale price adjustments will be honored on items that are reduced in price, within 7 days from the shipped date. Price adjustments are not valid on Deal of the Day merchandise." I am going to call to see if this includes the black friday sale. I'll let you know what I find out.

EDIT: So I just called and since it is within the 7 day window the sale price adjustment should be honored. I plan to call on Friday to get the price adjustment. The CM said that you will receive the price difference in the form of an online gift card...maybe I can use that to order another Dooney! LOL!

Thanks for the info- got my shopping done this morning already- although it said it would apply both codes and then didnt I guess I'll get that sorted out tomorrow hopefully... Anyway, there are a total of three DB items in santas bag now- but if they're not all for me I'm not really addicted, right? I got the wonder wristlet for my mom- she loves my tote but just wanted something small, got the pink/green minnie pouchette for dd- it was marked down to like $44 and then 20% off plus another 10% for the Disney visa + free shipping meant they were practically giving em away, right? And my dd's fave color is pink and her fave character is Minnie
- well, it had to be done LOL. Then I got the cosmetic bag for me- can't wait to see everything!

You're right. I just tried using both codes. Seems if you put the 15% code in in addition to the free shipping/20% off one it only takes 15% off.

Does anyone have the number to call to make the price adjustment?

I just planned on calling the customer service number, but the page that gives the info for price adjustments actually tells you to email them with your order number and product number and they will email you back the online gift card.

I just put the exact same order in my cart with the 20% off and 15% off codes and it did come out cheaper. However, I wonder if they will honor the price adjustment since it is a code that is reducing the price and not an actual change in the retail price. Has anyone tried to call for the adjustment yet? I'm not sure if I'm going to call or not yet. It was $6.00 cheaper, which normally I would say that is a decent savings, but since the "refund" is in an online credit it doesn't make it as good for tempting.

Both codes actually don't seem to work together. I did email Disneyshopping and asked to adjust it. I told them what I paid and what it would be if I got it today. Keeping my fingers crossed that I'll get the adjustment. Be great if it came back today, maybe I'd put it toward a matching wristlet.

Yeah i was weary too about the adjustment so we will see. You never know if the people you talk to on the phone really know what they are talking about. I just sent them an email like it says to do on their website. I'm not too worried about the credit though since, like you said, it is online credit. But it would be nice.

There was an OP that found it stated in one of their policies and so she called and asked a CM and they said we should get one... and their policy also says to e-mail for the adjustment and that it will be in the form of a DisneyStore.com "gift card"

I am so happy I found this thread I just ordered my first Dooney and Bourke bag a few days ago I am getting the black Mickey Mouse tote bag and cannot wait to see it I was trilled to see the information about getting a price adjustment since they are having their 20% special I will send them an e-mail now and apply it to getting a matching wristlet I, too, would love a matching wallet so hopefully they will do some soon Thanks for all the help

Yeah I see that too. Sounds like the CM I talked to may not have known what she was talking about. Oh well! Like someone else mentioned, it is probably that their policy only applies to an actual reduction of the price and not promotions. We will see I guess.

Hi, I know I have not posted in awhile but I have been reading the posts. I'm on hold with Disney shopping right now and I will post what this cm says. Fingers crossed My wait time could be awhile........
