Have you taken your Nov. cruise yet? I am going in Dec/Jan and would love to know what DCL dooney's they have. I know about the colored wristlets and the original pattern, wondering if there is something else new???

I haven't ordered yet. I am a little turned off by the free shipping offer but then having to pay $4.95 shipping on the cosmetic bag. And since you can't delete the cosmetic bag from your order, it is like you are being forced to pay them $4.95 shipping, in which case they should advertise $4.95 shipping on all Dooney orders, not FREE. $4.95 shipping is still great but it is the principle. I am probably just making a stink over it to talk myself out of buying another bag I don't need! I also keep tellling myself the white ballons are too much like the white sketch and the black ballons are too much like the Wonder print.

Try logging out of your account to clear out the cart and then place your purchase in the cart again. That should allow you to do it without adding the cosmetic bag. I noticed that earlier today when I was trying to see if it would actually show a different cosmetic bag if i ordered a different purse.

Ah, thanks for the tip! I wasn't actually logged in yet when I was adding to my cart so I deleted my cookies and now it is no longer automatically adding the cosmetic bag. Still trying to decide if I should order something or not. I already have three Disney Dooneys!!

Glad you got it worked out. That was going to be my next recommendation (delete cookies). They definitely need to get that worked out though so that you can remove that item or remove the promotion from your cart once you add it. Lucky you with three Disney Dooneys! I only have one, the small mickey faces one. Which is nice for the summer, but not good for the rain and is a bit small. Can't wait to get my black balloon next week!

We have taken our cruise, yes.

I specifically did not make my Dooney purchase until I had already seen what was on the ship. They had older styles such as the sketch and wonder, but not the balloon styles. As for cruise specific styles, nothing new aside from the colored wristlets.

Me too!!! I got that 15% coupon, I couldn't stop myself. I actually was able to use the coupon twice and order a black margot bag for my sister.

It does appear that they are charging $5 shipping on the cosmetic bag. I'm tempted to question the charge, particularly with the park48 shipping code....

But right now I've got the dooney high!

I acquired another DB bag on my trip, but the bag is defective and I'll have to send it off to DB for repair and/or replacement .
On one of the pouches on the inside, the leather already detached from the fabric and I've only had it not even a week.

What a bummer! Fortunately I have never had any major problems with any of my DB bags. The only minor issue I had was with my Wonder tassel. The yellow thread began to come undone - I used clear nail polish to prevent it from completely unraveling.

I got the Peace Love Mickey bag in the mail yesterday. It's really cute. The letters are sort of velvety which I was not expecting. I think that my daughter is going to love it.

I also ordered a purple letter carrier off of ebay this week. It was a great deal. Not sure if I am going to keep it for myself or give it as a gift. I'll have to decide after I see it.

Then, thanks to all of you, I ordered the princess wristlet this morning so that I could get a cosmetic bag.

I think that I have an addiction!

I am pretty sure it is just online. When I was at MK last week they didn't have any of the wonder purses on sale, yet they are all on sale online. My guess is that they may not even have the cosmetic bags in the parks.

Why oh why must they do this to me. I have the sketch Cindy tote that my wonderful DH bought me for Christmas last year and I love it. I have followed this thread thru the year and have liked most of the new designed, but I've always been able to resist. I even was able to resist when I saw the tone on tone crosss body style on our trip to WDW last year because I decided it just wasn't big enough. I've been able to resist the newer colored crossbody style, because again I've decided it is just to small and I didn't really need a new purse since I have also in the last year or so bought two new coach bags. BUT......then they go and bring out this beautiful new balloon design in a DIFFERENT cross body style that just may be the right size for me. PLUS I get this code for 15% off....PLUS they have a matching cosmetic bag for only $15...PLUS free shipping!!!!!! How can I resist this?!?!?!! Actually the better question is how do I explain it to my DH?!?!?! I mean all of it is less than the regular price of the bag! I must be strong and not click submit order, I must be stong and not click submit order, I must be strong.......

Glad I haven't ordered yet. Not the same as bringing it home directly from WDW but even better savings then if I had gotten one at TrenD last month with the Disney Visa discount! Now I'm really tempted!

Don't frett yet! This is straight from the disney store website: "DisneyStore.com merchandise pricing is subject to change at any time. Sale price adjustments will be honored on items that are reduced in price, within 7 days from the shipped date. Price adjustments are not valid on Deal of the Day merchandise." I am going to call to see if this includes the black friday sale. I'll let you know what I find out.

EDIT: So I just called and since it is within the 7 day window the sale price adjustment should be honored. I plan to call on Friday to get the price adjustment. The CM said that you will receive the price difference in the form of an online gift card...maybe I can use that to order another Dooney! LOL!

Well, I just logged on and put the 10% discounted purse in my shopping cart and it let me put the code for 10% off my disney visa so I would say yes but I guess we wont know until Friday. I am DEFINITELY going to be purchasing some purses then! woohoo!
