Hey everyone... I haven't been here much since, well, since the end of the first thread! It was getting to be too expensive to hang out with you guys!

I just have a quick question for y'all and then I'll probably duck out again before I start searching Ebay for more Disney Dooneys

If you were a first edition Sketch bag, and you wanted to hide somewhere in my house, where would you hide?

Crisis averted! I was busy filling my Wonder tote, (practically with tears in my eyes) and DH remembered where he saw my Sketch bag. We've been doing some rearranging and apparently I put a bunch of purses in a box in the living room and forgot about them. (ugh! guess I better clean that living room soon!!! )

whew! I'm breathing a huge sigh of relief!

Yes, this has become an expensive addiction for me too, LOL. Every time I am at DLR I have to stop and look at them. But I think I have enough for now......that is, until a new pattern comes out. Of course, I will HAVE to pick up one of the cruise lines one next year, LOL.

I had to come up with a reason too. Too small to use as a purse but just the right size for a camera.

Yep they make a Wonder wristlet. I have my flip in it, fits perfect! Makes me feel better about buying the sketch wristlet too, use it as a cosmetic bag. See? You can rationalize anything!

I've been saving my pennies like a good girl and I have three things I'm debating on: 1) a new Disney D&B, 2) a Coach purse of some sort, or 3) a book reader/e-reader thingy. I know the minute I buy a Coach of a book reader Disney will come out with new designs. Funny how we're all waiting on new designs when we don't even know if there will be any.

i know what you mean! ive saved up quite a bit of money for a new disney dooney when i go on my trip to wdw in september. i also really want a louis vuitton neverfull handbag ... but i know the minute i buy one there will be awesome new disney dooney s!

The Amazon Kindle just went on sale for $189 which probably means a new version is coming out soon.

How much is the medium sketch tote in the parks now? I thought they were $150 then went to $160 or $180 and now look like they are over $200?

Oh thank you so much! I wonder why everything online is so much more...Disneystore.com doesnt even have the sketch bag anymore (only wristlet) and I dont care for the others so much but they are quite a bit more..

Was at Disney yesterday and got the med sketch tote ( the 1st tote, not the new big one) it was 190.0 before tax. I have to say they are everywhere now. I saw them in the Boardwalk Disney store too as well as the parks. There ws a girl in front of me at the bag check at MK, she had the cruise line tote and it was awesome!!! Love the blue leather.

FYI - I have the Original Cindy tote which I shipped off to Dooney today for repair The strap on the front leans forward and the stitching is starting to separate on it from the bag. I really hope they are able to fix it and that it has no charge since it is definitely less than a year (they weren't out yet last year). I'll keep everyone posted in case this happens to anyone else.

Missing my Disney bag already.......its temporary replacement is a cheap knockoff of something I don't recognize but thought was cute on the street corner in NYC!

The original sketch pattern has arrived in colors (blue, pink, green, yellow, and purple) in the wristlet and letter carriers. Interesting they are not the newer sketch with Minnie. Cast members were not sure if they will be receiving the other bags like the totes in all the colors soon too. Happy 4th everyone!
