Dooney & bourke Disney collaboration part 2

I know! I thought there would be more sketch; thought there would be more in general.
I really do think they will eventually be out at the parks for sale. I just cannot imagine that they would produce those in a low quantity just for a giveaway....just my speculation though.

I agree,I think they will end up having them out for sale with time. It seems crazy to me that they would make them only for the promo. I'm sure they are well aware that there are Disney Dooney obsessed gals not-so patiently waiting to get our hands on them!

I don't know if someone has done one yet, but what would be on your Disney Dooney and Bourke wishlist?

Mine would be:
1. A sketch print umbrella-Dooney has nice umbrellas
2. A sketch 2nd edition print and wonder print wallet and coin purse-the wallet could be one of the zip around ones
3. A large crossbody bag for use at the parks and everday-in all prints

I was planning to wait until we went to WDW at the end of May to pick up the white sketch wristlet. Now, I'm really worried there wont be any there!

If anyone has one they are looking to sell, I would love to see it. I specifically would love one with the castle or a number of characters but I'm pretty open.

PLEASE PM me here or send me an email....I would appreciate it more than you can imagine. I'm having dreams about these wristlets, cant get them off my mind!

Now I'm really puzzled. We are heading to Disneyland next month. I had planned on picking out my own purse while there. I am trying to decide between second edition Cindy med. sketch, and a black Micky shoulder bag style.

Is anyone heading to DL in the near future? I hope they get all the styles. Still don't understand why the 1st edition had both WDW and DL on the print and then they don't sell them at DL?

Was at DLR all day yesterday. Only Vault 28 at DTD is carrying the Dooneys, and currently only the black Wonder in the Wristlet, Large Tote, and Barrel styles. (No discounts here, so you're paying full price, plus 8.75% sales tax)
I was thinking about getting the Wonder Tassle, which I was debating on getting when I was at WDW in January. But they didn't have it. (But I'm glad I got a couple Sketch purses @ WDW, since they aren't even offered here yet.)

Thank you disney777, I really find it strange the way each park has a different policy on discounts. Not just on the Dooneys, but DL doesn't give a military discount for active duty and families (the $99.00 for 4 days up to 5 people and free one day for the servicemember)???? I would imagine they would assume the white sketch would be a big seller in southern Calf.

One of my DD's arrived in Orlando today, I sent her a very detailed e-mail last night complete with pictures, discriptions of all the different editions and styles. Along with the price list from here on the DIS When I talked to her a little while ago she hadn't opened her computer but was going to shortly. I hope she will go shopping tomorrow. she seemed VERY interested when I told her about the D&B Disney purses.!

I have a tassel sketch in the first edition. LOVE IT! Have to see what happens with DD at WDW. I know I will be checking out Vault 28 next month no matter what.....who knows.....maybe D&B will come out with yet another new style.

Hi, have you checked EBAY? Lots of wristlets have been selling for a good price. Some have had no bids at $34.90 plus $6.00 shipping. You can also send the ebay sellers a message and ask them specifically for what you are looking for. Good luck on your purchase.

That is very simple Does it have a brown leather tag that says Dooney & Bourke near the bottom of your purse? If so, it is a sketch 2. Also, the sketch 2 pattern, Minnie was added. Hope that helps I am posting a pic. Sketch 1 on left, Sketch 2 on right.

No Minnie I have what i'd assume to be her bow though and it's not a cut off mnnie it's just a red bow with white dots and far as i can tell no brown leather tag thing. I have a Banner type design in center toward bottom on back of purse So sounds like I got myself a series 1

The tan bags are not made of a stiff material like the white sketch and wonder bags. The entire tan line is made of a soft fabric material. I will say that it is a very durable fabric because I have had purses almost identical to the tan line and they have lasted for years. Hope this helps answer your question.

By your description, sounds like you have sketch 1. Does your tassle tote have a yellow dooney and bourke banner incorporated into the design? This is only seen on sketch 1. On sketch 2 the dooney and bourke is now the brown leather tag. But, if you are still in doubt, post a pic. Good night

There are no princesses per se, but there is Cinderella's slipper, the castle, and, I believe, a crown.
