what size is the letter carrier? I was tempted by the wristlet..which is odd because I am CHEAP, but I don't like the idea of having to worry about something dangling from my wrist all day..I like to have a VERY small bag with neck straps.

I bet you'd like the letter carrier. It's about 8 1/4" high, 7 3/4" wide, and is quite thin if you don't stuff it too full, but can also expand to hold a lot if you want it to. The strap is only about 5/8" wide and adjusts from 45" to 52" in length. Personally I think it works best as a cross body bag, but you can also carry it over one shoulder if you shorten up the strap.

Wristlets are my go to bag on cruises, and I love them for evenings out - dinner, theatre, that kind of thing; but a wristlet would never work for me as a day bag, in the parks or otherwise, I carry way too much stuff.

got my purple letter carrier from disney.com and i absolutely love it. I'm a huge Tink fan and was crossing my fingers for at least 1 shot of her and i got 3 on the front. super happy..

and this is the sketch i got in Dec of 09 but please note they no longer make them to say Dooney and Bourke any more it was a mistake or something but yeah for me.

For all you letter carrier owners, does the leather strap cut into your neck/shoulder when you're wearing it? I only have one crossbody bag and it is a Vera Bradley so it is really soft.

Wow. Thanks for the new pictures. I can hardly wait for my trip in two months so I can pick up a handful of these......I seriously have my eyes set on 4 of them. I've warned DH so he's ready. Can't wait.

it's a hard leather but it's smooth so for me so far so good but i just got it so we shall see.

Those are really nice, but really..evan that is too big for the parks for me.. I have an ugly thing I got free from the AARP that is about 5-6" long and about 4" wide that has a big pocket and a few little zipper things that is perfect for phone, camera and a snack or two. Would love to find a replacement! I'm really tired of all my pictures having a big AARP logo
