I paid a whopping $342.00 round-trip for 5 people to fly non-stop

We have vouchers to upgrade so we just need a little pixie dust that they will have some seats available to actually use them

Now I just have to figure out what to do with the extra $750 I had budgeted for, I am thinking limo to the port.

I just booked my birthday trip with them.

Detroit to Orlando, non-stop, for $69.20!!

I, too, have upgrade vouchers, so that would just be icing on the proverbial cake!

Now, if they would just move that return flight a little later than 10:40am.....

These are possibly vouchers from trading in 4 A+ credits for an upgrade to business class.

I had 4 A+ credits that were set to expire on October 25. My trip is Oct 15-20 so I redeemed them for a 1-way BC upgrade. They send you a "voucher" (it's actually a code that they send in an e-mail) and I can call the day before my flight to get the upgrade. The only way I won't be able to use it is if BC has been booked solid by people who bought BC tickets in the first place.

My DD's are not coming with me this trip and they also had 4 credits so I redeemed theirs too. Now, I have three upgrade codes. I will use one for me and one for my friend to upgrade on the way down. Then, on the way back, I will use the other one and my friend will pay for her upgrade at the 24-hour mark....assuming all goes as planned.

I got the business class upgrade vouchers by trading in 4 A+ credits, but you can only use them if they have a seat available the day before the flight. Once you 'cash' in for them you have 1yr to use them.

I have tickets with airtran for flight in Dec. with layover in Atlanta, Ga from landing to take off layover is now down to 35min. Not what I booked as that flight was cancelled. Think we will make the connecting flight?

Why don't you call AirTran to see what other options you have. Do they offer a direct flight from your airport?

Airtran does fly straight flight just not on the days we needed to travel, Have made same trip many times just not with such tight connections. Anyone know when airtran shuts door prior to take off

Sorry but I took Airtran off the top of my list due to the fact that they started charging for luggage. Why pay $15 and $25 for your first and second bags when you can fly for the same price on SW and not pay that extra money. Usually there are 3 of us and we have around 3 to 4 bags and that adds up fast.

Now don't get me wrong, I love Airtran just as much as the next guy. I just have to knock them down a notch because of the luggage fees.
